Our group of 4 had an amazing 8 night stay! Other then another couple we literally had the place to ourselves and really enjoyed the pool and screened in lanai where we played Yahtzee and Taboo and ate all our meals! It was hard to leave there late mornings to venture out! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The house was great. The screened in porch was wonderful and the view is amazing. The house had a shared pool which was so nice. The owner was very quick about answering questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Superb location on Grand Cayman North Shore!Condo was spacious and very comfortable for two couples, with two ocean view bedrooms each with adjoining bathrooms. There is an indoor dining table and an enclosed patio dining area where we ate most meals overlooking the shore and enjoying the ocean breeze. The beautiful pool area has a shaded area and hose to rinse off snorkeling gear.The host, Jack, was quick to respond to questions and provided excellent advice on restaurants, excursions & grocery shopping.We highly recommend, especially if you like the quieter side of the island!!!

The condo was immaculate when we arrived with lights on and ready! We loved the beach, the pool and lanai. We spent many evenings playing games and listening to the ocean. Jack snd Lynn has an awesome place for one or two couples, would absolutely stay there again.

This is a perfect condo if you are staying on the Northside. Just the right size with all the amenities you could need. The property is very well maintained…condos, pool cleaned almost every day, the beach gets cleaned, and all is in very good shape. We stayed one month. If you are looking for quieter and serene, and not the business of Georgetown and Seven Mile Beach…this is perfect!! A real plus is the little grocery store (Chisholms) about 3 minutes from the condo…for its size you could supply most, if not all, things right there…and it is the only grocery store open on Sundays…on the whole island.We will definitely keep this gem on our list for possible vacation locations.

Just to clarify for our guest, the number of stairs is a normal second floor level and nothing more. We chose the second floor when purchasing because of the more expansive ocean view it provides. Our description in VRBO of the second floor is clearly stated.

Excellent Property

Would come back in a hearbeat to this particular unit, love the small 10 unit complex with pool on the ocean. Quiet but enough restaurants close by. Come here to relax, read, snorkel, scuba.

Perfect location for a perfect, quiet week! The condo was roomy and had everything we needed. The beach was amazing, and we almost always had it to ourselves. The reef is just 100 yards out and full of fish at under 2 meters deep. Bring life jackets of buoys though as the current can get strong when the waves are high. The mastic trail is just down the road and on it we saw most of the island’s special birds including the Cayman parrots. Also saw the blue iguanas on the trail. I highly recommend this Vrbo, the hosts were on point and I’d go again in a heart beat.

North Side of Cayman

Wonderful north side location on the water. Snorkeling out the back door is the feature we most enjoyed. Easy access to restaurants and other beaches too. Very quiet and respectful neighbors in the complex - just a great place to stay!!

A lovely Easter vacation

We had such a wonderful time at this that we didn’t want to leave! We all had a relaxing experience, the views from the screened porch were amazing the pool and beach was very calm and empty, the area is close to Rumpoint, Kaibo and lots of nice restaurants. The owners were also very nice and responded quickly from the webpage. We are looking forward to another stay there.

Warm time in Paradise

We enjoyed the ocean. Rented kayaks, did snorkelling. Ate twice at Rum Point. Not a lot of restaurants nearby. All food was delicious though. A really lovely relaxing week.

Glad you enjoyed the stay. Here are a few specific restaurants to add to the list. The Edge (just down the street), Solis at Rum Point, Kaibo Yacht Club (Cayman Kai), Tukka’s (East End), Eagle Rays (at Ocean Frontier dive shop), Czech Inn (Bodden Town), The Barn and The Caboose (both in Old Man Bay).

Excellent Christmas vacation.

This was our first vacation as a family since having kids and the first time our boys have ever been out of the country. This place was perfect for us. More than enough space, gorgeous views, great amenities. The kids loved the pool and it was so nice that just a few steps further was the beach. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We had a blast!
