Fully renovated and equipped new apartment in a villa, private terrace

Rental only from Saturday to Saturday and minimum 1 week.
Independent F2 on the 1st floor in a villa, 44m2, fully equipped kitchen 11m2, living room with sofa bed 11m2, bedroom 11m2, bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
Sleeps 4 (1 bed 140x190 and 1 sofa bed), 100m from the Lido beach, fully furnished and equipped new (wifi internet, 2 air conditioning, Smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge, microwave, oven...), large balcony, fixed barbecue and small garden area on the first floor (private), reserved place to park 1 vehicle, quiet area and close to all amenities.
Well located: 100 m from the beach, 1km from the port,
5 min drive to the village center
150m from the pine forest
20 km from Perpignan and 40 km from Spain

The accommodation does not have household linen. The tenants take care of cleaning.

Appartement en grande partie rénové récemment. Agréable et lumineux. Assez grand pour 4 avec possibilité de manger dans la cuisine et donc de n'utiliser le salon que comme une chambre.Par contre appartement nettoyé juste en surface. (lave-vaisselle, bonde de douche, sous les meuble, ... très sale)Nous avons nettoyé la vaisselle avant de l'utiliser.

Des ôtes adorables

Mise à part le canapé qui n'était pas adapté pour le confort d'un adulte (pour dormir). Nous avons passé de superbes vacances au sein de ce logement.Les propriétaires sont adorables. Le logement est bien tenu. L'aménagement exterieur peut être améliorer également.
