The little House in Gigaro

You can't buy happiness but instead you can rent the little house in Gigaro, at the end of the day it's the same!
The little house, located in the heart of a vast garden of 1200m2 is right beside the sea,you just have to cross the street at the bottom of the garden to access Gigaro beach.
This place is ideally located on Saint-Tropez's peninsula. It's only a 5 minutes walk to the entrance of the sumptuous national parc that leads to the Cap Lardier.
The coastal paths allow you to walk along the sea and are dotted with magnificent creeks where you can swim, dogs are allowed too. At the end of Gigaro beach you will find restaurants and a convenience store, open from late spring to early autumn.
Please note: In peak (high) season, rental is only possible on a weekly basis (Departures and arrivals on Saturday or Sunday).

The house consists of a large room with an area of ​​approximately 30m2 separated into two spaces: bedroom and kitchen/living room (fridge freezer, gas oven and microwave); a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
The kitchen/living room opens onto a terrace, which offers privacy and protection from the wind.

There is also another terrace which has a large table and an awning can accommodate more people.

We have done major work in 2021, to install underfloor heating and insulation. The little house is therefore suitable for all seasons.

The house is very comfortable for two people. Although there is also a sofa bed for 2 people when this is pulled out, the area is obviously a little more cramped.
In summer, a large tent, equipped with suitable and comfortable mattresses, which can accommodate up to 4 people (two bedrooms, 140 × 200 cm) can be offered and installed on a terrace below the house. It is a practical additional living space to offer privacy to everyone. (Supplement of 100€ *)
There is also an outside solar shower, shared with the occupants of our family house, which is on the other half of the property (we are not vis-à-vis). This is convenient for rinsing off after returning from the beach.
If you need, a washing machine (also shared with the occupants of the other part), is at your disposal in the sanitary block in the center of the property.

The double bed is 140 cm wide. There is also an extra sofa bed which is 140 cm wide too.
Mattresses and pillows are provided for all beds, including the four in the tent. Towels are provided, but cannot be used on the beach. If you wish, we can provide you with sheets, for an additional cost of €35. **
Having said that, where possible we would greatly appreciate it if you could bring your own sheet, duvet covers and pillowcases.

Furthermore, we ask you please to clean before your departure. However, if you prefer not to have to do this, you can apay a cleaning fee when booking, which is an additional €50. **

Free private parking for one car.

You are welcome to arrive from 4:30 p.m. on the first day of your stay and we ask you to vacate the house before 11:30 a.m. on the day of your departure.


Small downside: our English-speaking neighbours are sometimes a bit noisy, with their swimming pool built a few years ago!
