Nearby attractions: Réserve Africaine de Sigean 33 km, Cité de Carcassonne 73 km, Espace balnéoludique de Gruissan 6 km.
4-room house 70 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with TV and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm), shower. Small, open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: open gallery. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Large terrace 55 m2, north-west facing position, large garden 140 m2, north-west facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, iron.
