SUMMER 2026 - SUNDAY TO SUNDAY WEEKLY RENTALS - MID JUNE THRU EARLY SEPTEMBER.

Our home is just minutes from the the Heart of Cape May's restaurants and shops. The beach is a quick 12 minute walk. At the beach you'll have access to a beach box (locked not included) to store your chairs and other items for the week - no more lugging your items back and forth each day!!! Pack your lunch and spend the day at the beach! There are 3 bedrooms - 1 king (new 18in. mattress) bed w/TV, 1 queen bed w/TV and a trundle bed w/2 twin beds (along with a pack-n-play & blowup mattress), 2 full baths (upstairs recently renovated), family room w/flat TV (& Roku), nice sized dining room and private yard w/Weber grill. Park for children across the street. Amenities: WiFi, outdoor shower & kitchen w/SS appliances.

We love dogs and have 2 of our own! While dogs are welcome, we ask that you please walk your dog! We recently laid sod and do not want dead grass and urine stains. Thank you!

There is an outside doorbell camera in the front as well a camera in the back yard.

We DO NOT provide Sheets, Pillow Cases or Towels!!! King mattress is 18in. If you prefer to rent linens, I can provide a recommendation.

There are plenty of pillows and blankets available. Ductless AC in each bedroom.

From Memorial Day to Labor Day, beach tags are required. We will provide 6 tags for your use. Please be sure to place them back in the dish on the counter next to the toaster prior to departure. Failure to do so will result in paying the replacement cost for each tag missing along with a service fee to have replaced.

We also rent a beach box (Memorial day to Labor day) that you will have access to use during your stay (locked not provided). Keep your chairs/umbrellas/shovels etc. locked away for the week instead of lugging back and forth!

We will provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, napkins and trash bags upon arrival but you may need to purchase additional items.

While we are a pet friendly home, it is crucial that you follow a few simple rules.
1. Please walk your dog. New sod was recently laid in the backyard and we're trying to avoid dead grass and urine stains. Thank You!
2. No dogs allowed on the bed or furniture! Be considerate of other guests who may have allergies or not want dog hair on their clothes or on the bed. Excessive dog hair on the furniture may result in the cleaner charging extra.

Enjoyable stay

We had a nice stay at this property. Great location and the fenced yard was great for our mini aussiedoodle. Communication with property manager was excellent. Would stay here again.

Excellent

We had a great stay, home was very tastefully decorated and extremely clean. They provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Good location central to town and the beach and Ray was very responsive.

Great Location

This is our second stay at the property and we will definitely be back! The house is very clean and feels more like a home than a rental. There’s a great selection of board games for the family too! Location is perfect - you can walk to the beach and there’s also a nice playground across the street.

Perfect Cape May Home!

This property was the perfect place for a weekend in Cape May. It was super clean, plenty of space, a nice fenced in yard for the dogs, and a great central location (walkable to our favorite restaurant -- Washington Inn). Raymond was great and made the entire process super easy. I would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing house!

We loved this house! It was the perfect size for my husband and I, my parents, and our two girls. We were able to walk everywhere which is what we wanted and the neighborhood was clean and quiet! Highly recommend!

Great Escape Weekend

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this lovely updated shore house. While a short distance to the beach and shops, the walk was littered with beautiful victorian homes and B & B's. The owner could not have been more accomadating and was fantastic at communicating. We will definitely be back.

Great house, in a great spot! Cozy twin for our family of four, plus dog. Nice little back yard with a patio and table for six. Great place to relax on a breezy summer night. Plenty of street parking, close to a couple of great parks, within walking distance of the beach, Washington Street Mall, and lots of shops. Great spot for walking and taking in the sights, lots of historical Victorian homes. Host was awesome! Not intrusive at all but available if we needed anything.

Nice property. Note that parking is on the street, usually not an issue but sometimes spots fill up. Owner was responsive. We stayed with a family of five and location was very convenient.

Family vacation

Great house with fenced backyard. Great appliances and air conditioning. Had many games for adults and kids. Tv with multiple add -ons like Disney and Netflix. Lots of cooking utensils and dishes. Wonderful stay.

My family and I had a great time staying in this home. Owner was very nice and communicated over everything. House was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for a family of 6. We did not have the best weather so we were unable to spend some time on the patio. The dining room table was our favorite part of the home. We spent a lot of family time playing cards. Nice 10 minute walk to washingston street mall and a 15 minute walk to the beach. We brought our dog with us and even though he was not aloud in the backyard he absolutely loved the park across the street. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful Well Stocked Home

From the moment we arrived, it was pure bliss staying at this property. Everything we needed was readily available. The home was extremely clean and tastefully decorated. We would stay here again, should our future offer the opportunity. Having a fenced in yard for our furry friend, was the icing on the cake. Communication with Ray was prompt and most informative. We look forward to returning one day.

Family trip with toddlers and dog

We had a great stay at this property. It has everything we were looking for. If you're traveling with little ones, it's fairly family friendly, not a bunch of knickknacks everywhere to secure from your toddler and two of the rooms get pretty dark with curtains for naps. Also so close to two playgrounds. Kitchen was well stocked, best knives I've ever seen in a shore rental. I couldn't figure out the washer and the owner was very attentive to talk me through how it works. Only disappointment was that the fence had fallen in the yard so we weren't able to securely let the dog outside unleashed. Hopefully that gets fixed, seemed like it just happened with the recent storms. Would recommend staying!

Brooke and her family were excellent tenants. They treated my home as their own and left it clean. It is unfortunate that the fence had some damage due to a recent storm. It isn't completely down and still enclosed but I do recommend not to leave your pet unattended. We are planning to have it fixed ASAP.

Great House

Love staying at this home. This is our second time and it is just so nice. We come with our adult children and a dog. The home is very clean and comfortable. The location is great. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The kitchen has everything you may need. Checking in and out is so easy and the owner is very responsive.

Weekend Away

The house and surroundings were great. However, this was the three days of almost continuous rain and winds (Hurricane Ian). We were unable to enjoy much of what Cape May offers. This would be the perfect house for summer at the shore. Communicating with Ray was prompt and easy.

Great week in cape may

We loved this house. Ray was so helpful and available. Loved walking pretty much everywhere from restaurants to the beach. The beach box and passes were a big plus as well. Will def be back again!

We live in West Chester, PA. We purchased this home to spend time with our family and friends at the beach. We thought we'd make available to others our love of Cape May for those who want to share vacation memories with their loved ones. Nothing better than relaxing on the beach while watching the kids play in the sand & waves.

While the house was built in 1913, its been renovated and updated with all the modern conveniences. The upstairs bathroom has been completely renovated. It's cozy & convenient to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and the park (if you have little ones).

この宿泊施設の特徴

When people go on vacation, they like to bring the entire family, including their dogs. We bring ours every time we visit. While we are a dog friendly home, we do ask folks to not allow their dogs in the backyard. We recently had the yard installed with a sprinkler system and new sod so kids can run around in the yard. There is a park across the street to walk your dogs.
