Welcome!

This cozy and relaxing condo offers space and privacy. Open, bright and clean, this condo will brighten your days from sunup to sunset. Indirect morning and afternoon sun give you the brightness you need without the heat! The master bedroom sliding door opens to the golf course and offers a California King bed and private bathroom complete with dual sinks, step in shower and skylight. The second bedroom has a full and a twin bed, with a large sliding glass door to the enclosed patio. Guest room does have a TV with cable and streaming. All beds have extra foam padding for a great night sleep. BONUS! Stunning view of the south facing sunrise and sunset from the comfort of the living room or patio. BRAND new kitchen appliances and paint throughout. 57 inch TV above electric fireplace offers cable, streaming, HBO and Showtime. For your convenience there is a 2 car driveway and parking on the street. Located in Monterey Country Club with 37 pools and spas, golf course, patio grill, pickleball and tennis courts, only 2 miles to famous El Paseo drive and close to the Riverwalk mall. Book your stay and enjoy the most popular community in this vibrant and sunny valley.

I allow pets (huge animal lover) however, you must abide by the rules and pick up after your dog! The association does not allow barking dogs.

Sorry, no smoking of any kind allowed at this property. Cleaning fee will be $250.00 on Coachella and Stagecoach weekends.

Excellent stay all-around

The condo was very charming and very clean. Sheryl was super helpful and always responded to questions quickly. I was attending a golf school with a friend and Sheryl’s place was central to getting around in Palm Desert. We always enjoyed coming back to this place after a long day on the golf course. We would definitely like to stay here again. Highly recommend.

Sheryl is an incredible host. The home is spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-lit. Extremely close to Palm Desert restaurants and shopping. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Amazing desert condo!

This property was perfect for our five night stay during festival season! The location is amazing and the condo is kept in amazing condition. The host is extremely friendly and available for any questions, she even left us cute little hair clips she thought we would enjoy for the festival. I would definitely stay again!

Wonderful

We have stayed in VRBO's and other rentals all over the country and Sheryl's is by far the best. Everything about it (location, ease of access, comfort, beautiful setting and especially the host), was great! The view from the patio was breathtaking. Sheryl was always available to answer questions.We couldn't recomment this home more.

We stayed here for a couple weeks in November. The home is very clean and comfortable. We felt like we were home! The view from the patio is unbeatable! Sheryl was wonderful to work with. We would highly recommend this condo to stay at!

Little piece of paradise

Monterrey CC is a gem in the desert and this condo did not disappoint. The owner was very responsive, the condo was spotless and tastefully furnished and it was exactly what we were looking for.

Terrific Host!

Our first VRBO and the host came through. It's the small things, such as super clean, she left Brie cheese and crackers and some drinks. 5 stars at every instance.

Girls golf Trip

We had a girls golf trip. Sheryl has really done a great job making her home well equipped and decorated so anyone would be comfortable with whatever they are used to. The place was clean pretty well located, and perfect for fun! She was mindful of our needs and very responsive.

Vrbo is a ripoff

Our host was wonderful, Sheryl is GREAT and I'd love to stay at her place again but it won't be through Vrbo. The "Service Fee" is a simple excuse to bilk both ends of transactions. Don't fall for it! Find somewhere else to book your stay!

Sheryl’s property was even better than the pictures. Our group was comfortable the entire stay and well accommodated. Sheryl having essential cooking supplies and drinks/snacks was an excellent touch. I would recommend anyone stay here in the future!

Terrific three month stay!

We had the pleasure of spending three months at Sheryl's lovely home. Her place was absolutely wonderful to stay at. From the open spacious floor plan to the golf course view to the great features that Monterey Country Club has to offer, we couldn't ask for more! Sheryl went out of her way to make sure we were happy there and addressed any issues we had right away. The place was spotless when we checked in and had everything we needed. A great getaway.

Sheryl's great property was just what our family needed as a getaway after a year of the pandemic. Quiet and peaceful but just a short walk away from pickleball/tennis courts and the clubhouse. Sheryl was a terrific host and responded immediately to any questions or concerns. We especially liked the snacks and wine she left for our arrival. We would be happy to book again!

Southern California born and raised. My father always had a condo out in the desert and our favorite one BY FAR was at Monterey Country Club. It has been my dream for many many years to have one of my own. I am finally here and able to share it with you!!!

I had my eye on real estate in Monterey Country Club for years. The minute this one came on the market I made an offer. I like the location (close to the clubhouse, etc) and it is open, bright and cheery!

My favorite part about this condo is how separate the bedrooms are for privacy. I have just put in all new appliances. I kept the original sink and cabinets, because I thought they were charming.
