This cozy and relaxing condo offers space and privacy. Open, bright and clean, this condo will brighten your days from sunup to sunset. Indirect morning and afternoon sun give you the brightness you need without the heat! The master bedroom sliding door opens to the golf course and offers a California King bed and private bathroom complete with dual sinks, step in shower and skylight. The second bedroom has a full and a twin bed, with a large sliding glass door to the enclosed patio. Guest room does have a TV with cable and streaming. All beds are super comfortable with the just the right padding. BONUS! Stunning view of the south facing sunrise and sunset from the comfort of the living room or patio. New kitchen appliances and paint throughout. 57 inch TV above electric fireplace offers cable, streaming, HBO and Showtime. For your convenience there is a 2 car driveway and parking on the street. Located in Monterey Country Club with 37 pools and spas,and patio grill. Only 2 miles to famous El Paseo drive and close to the Riverwalk mall. Book your stay and enjoy the most popular community in this vibrant and sunny valley.
***Please note the Pickleball, golf and tennis are a private club and not open to guests.
I allow pets (huge animal lover) however, you must abide by the rules and pick up after your dog! The association does not allow barking dogs.

Sheryl is a fantastic host! She's fair, honest, takes pride in her condo and goes above and beyond to make your trip as enjoyable as possible. Great location on a single access road. Comfortable accommodations both inside and outside. The host was very helpful.

Some owners go out of their way and this is one that does. We walked in to soft lighting and music. The condo is clean and tasteful and light, with no harsh sun. We enjoyed both the courtyard and the patio. Lots of extras in the kitchen from coffee to spices to condiments. The gate in the courtyard is sealed well enough so our little dog couldn't escape. Bed was super comfy. Enjoyed watching golfers and walking around the impeccable grounds. Albertsons and Trader Joe's are close by. We recommend Si Bon for breakfast and Grill-A-Burger for lunch, both are unique. This is our 3rd stay in Palm Desert and this condo is our favorite.

Desert Oasis
Sheryl is an incredible host. The home is spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-lit. Extremely close to Palm Desert restaurants and shopping. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Amazing desert condo!
This property was perfect for our five night stay during festival season! The location is amazing and the condo is kept in amazing condition. The host is extremely friendly and available for any questions, she even left us cute little hair clips she thought we would enjoy for the festival. I would definitely stay again!

View was fantastic!
We stayed here for a couple weeks in November. The home is very clean and comfortable. We felt like we were home!
The view from the patio is unbeatable! Sheryl was wonderful to work with. We would highly recommend this condo to stay at!

Excellent stay all-around
The condo was very charming and very clean. Sheryl was super helpful and always responded to questions quickly. I was attending a golf school with a friend and Sheryl’s place was central to getting around in Palm Desert. We always enjoyed coming back to this place after a long day on the golf course. We would definitely like to stay here again. Highly recommend.

Little piece of paradise
Monterrey CC is a gem in the desert and this condo did not disappoint. The owner was very responsive, the condo was spotless and tastefully furnished and it was exactly what we were looking for.

Wonderful
We have stayed in VRBO's and other rentals all over the country and Sheryl's is by far the best. Everything about it (location, ease of access, comfort, beautiful setting and especially the host), was great! The view from the patio was breathtaking. Sheryl was always available to answer questions.We couldn't recomment this home more.

Terrific Host!
Our first VRBO and the host came through. It's the small things, such as super clean, she left Brie cheese and crackers and some drinks. 5 stars at every instance.

Girls golf Trip
We had a girls golf trip. Sheryl has really done a great job making her home well equipped and decorated so anyone would be comfortable with whatever they are used to. The place was clean pretty well located, and perfect for fun! She was mindful of our needs and very responsive.

I had my eye on real estate in Monterey Country Club for years. The minute this one came on the market I made an offer. I like the location (close to the clubhouse, etc) and it is open, bright and cheery!
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
My favorite part about this condo is how separate the bedrooms are for privacy. I have just put in all new appliances. I kept the original sink and cabinets, because I thought they were charming.
