Lakehouse on Hartwell. Peace & quiet. Fish, grill, kayaks & more.

Clean, modern decor with very functional layout and furniture. Most of the house has been renovated.

Open living room that opens up to a balcony and view of the lake. The master bedroom has a very comfortable outdoor sitting/reading room that also overlook the lake. There’s a large gas grill for cookouts and 4 Adirondack chairs on the balcony to lounge and enjoy a drink. The back yard rolls gently down to the lake. You’ll find a nice fire pit for s’mores and stories with plenty of firewood around. The dock is perfect to appreciate the sunset of try your luck at fishing for trout, bass, catfish, sunfish or others. Enjoy the 3 kayaks, or paddle board anytime. There are several TV’s throughout the house for evening recreation, board games in the kitchen cabinets, and a large dining table for eight.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place used towels and bedding on the floor and dishes in the washer. Put all trash inside the large black trash bin outside. Lock doors, put main key in the lockbox. Leave garage opener in kitchen.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
