Residence of 32 apartments, built in 1968, located in the UPPER PART of the VILLAGE, 300 m from TELEMIX, CHAIRLIFT and SKI LIFT of BOSSONNET (course departure / according to Ski Schools), and 100 m from shops Shuttle stop at 50 m in winter and 180 m in summer.

LIVING ROOM (16.38 sq ft): dining area, 1 SOFA BED (130), TV, window + west-facing French door, west balcony, view of pedestrian access / water area

KITCHENETTE: refrigerator (140 L), 4 electric plates, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker

HALLWAY (4.85 sq ft)

BEDROOM (8.52 sq ft): 2 BUNK BEDS (90) + 1 SINGLE BED (80) -> upper bunk forbidden for children under 6, north window, window + west-facing French door, west balcony, view of pedestrian access / water area

BATHROOM (2.59 sq ft): sink, shower, toilet

Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
