Large, beautiful residence "Residenza del Pascià". 300 m from the centre of Oggebbio, in an elevated position on a slope, 100 m from the lake, road to cross. For shared use: park, large, well-kept garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (18 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis, children's playground. In the house: lift. Motor access to 100 m from the house. (65 steps). Parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises, public parking 300 m. Grocery, bar 300 m, bus stop "davanti all'ingresso" 2 m, railway station "verbania pallanza" 18.3 km, shingle beach 100 m. Nearby attractions: Cannero Riviera 6 km, Verbania 9 km. Please note: car recommended. Residence with electric gates. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Verbania. Main road 100 m from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. The residence consists of several buildings located on the slope and going down to the lake. To get to the pool area you have to cross the road.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit Seeblick

Wir waren 5 Personen in der Ferienwohnung und hatten super viel Platz. Es gibt 2 Bäder, einen Balkon mit Seeblick und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Die Ferienwohnung liegt am Berg bei Oggebbio und ist mit dem Auto relativ gut zu erreichen. Es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten, allerdings sind diese begrenzt und ggf. muss auf den naheliegenden Parkplatz ausweichen und dann hochlaufen. Wir empfehlen diese Ferienwohnung gerne weiter.

Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Es war eine tolle Unterkunft mit einem traumhaften Ausblick. Das Objekt liegt oberhalb von Oggebio und verfügt über drei Schlafräume sowie eine Terrasse und eine Küche. Das Objekt verfügt über zwei Bäder jeweils mit einer Badewanne und eigenem WC. Einziger Minuspunkt ist, dass man mit dem Auto nicht direkt zum Objekt fahren kann, sondern über eine Treppe zum Haus nach oben laufen muss was mit Gepäck die Anreise erschwert.im Objekt ist ein Aufzug vorhanden. Das Objekt war sauber und gepflegt.

Alles wie beschrieben TOP Aussicht und A

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und komplett ausgestattet, die Eigentümer sind sicher häufiger da. Die Einrichtung ist älter aber genau nach unserem Geschmack, sehr stilvoll. Traumhafter Blick vom Balkon. Die 60 Stufen bis zum Hauseingang waren angekündigt, von daher alles ok. Im Haus dann Aufzug. Wir waren 5 Personen, hat prima geklappt mit den zwei Bädern. Küche top ausgestattet mit großem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Spülmaschine usw... Ausreichend Geschirr.... das Gelände sehr gepflegt.

Wunderbarer Workation-Aufenthalt

Arbeiten am Lago Maggiore in einer wunderschönen Umgebung und das mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den See! Alles in allem war es ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt mit kleineren Unannehmlichkeiten, die einfach vorkommen können, die aber nicht weiter tragisch waren und den positiven Gesamteindruck auch nicht schmälern, aber eben dennoch vorgekommen sind.

Absolut ikke egnet til små børn eller gang besværede. Parkeringspladser er mangelfulde. Når optaget blev vi henvist til en p-plads ca 800 meter væk hvor der var tidsbegrænsning. Det er simpelthen ikke Ok og bør også fremgå tydeligt. Lejlighed trækker det hele op.

Aufgrund vieler Treppen ist es zur Wohnung allerdings beschwerlich und die Parksituation nicht optimal. Der Höhenunterschied zwischen Strasse und Wohnung ist enorm, für ältere Menschen nicht zu empfehlen. Der Garten mit Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön und gepflegt, aber wieder die Erschwernis des Laufens vom Hang runter und wieder rauf!

Positive Aspekte Größe: Sehr geräumig Ausstattung Küche: Perfekt Wohn- und Essraum sind praktisch und gemütlich Wunderbarer Blick auf den See Kritik: Die Wohnung war unsauber geputzt Der Staubsauger funktionierte nur unzureichend Die Matratze im unteren Bereich sollte erneuert werden. Tip: Die Mieter sollten ihre eigene Bettwäsche mitbringen, da nur Bettlaken für die Matratze und zum Zudecken und Kopfkissenbezüge bereit gestellt werden. Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Trotz der Kritik immer wieder.

L'appartement et les infrastructures sont encore mieux "en vrai" que sur les photos du site Propreté irréprochable , jolie plage , grande piscine ... Seul inconvénient ; parking trop éloigné de l'appartement , pour la montée des bagages par exemple . Montée assez pénible pour revenir de la plage avec de jeunes enfants et tout le matériel.

Tolle Aussicht auf den See

Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub am Lago. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war sehr gut. Enttäuscht waren wir darüber, dass der Pool entgegen den Angaben der Bewerbung statt Ende September schon ab Mitte September geschlossen war .

Gorgeous View

Lovely spacious apartment with the most fabulous view. Great pool with plenty of seating. Very good little shop and pizzeria in the town only a few steps away. Only downside is the steep slope to walk/drive up and the steps. You certainly work off the ice cream!
