Maintain your fitness routine at the exercise facility and catch a quick bite at the restaurant on-site. Pick up complimentary DVD rentals and swing by the gift shop for snacks, cold beverages, T-shirts, and mementos. SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, making it perfect for your large events and gatherings. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 0306 is an inviting one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Refreshingly light and airy, you’ll love the breezy decor and cozy atmosphere in this open-concept unit. The fully-appointed, pristine kitchen is perfect for hanging out, prepping, and serving food. Enjoy meals and snacks at the breakfast bar with seating for two or the dining table with seating for four. Snuggle up on the couch in the living room and catch a movie or a game on the flat-screen TV or chill on the balcony directly overlooking the gulf. Retire on the sleeper sofa in the living room or in the master suite which houses a king-sized bed, flat screen television, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.



Should you need to venture off property, head on over to HarborWalk Marina in the Destin harbor, just five minutes away! Rent a pontoon boat, paddle boards, or a kayak and explore the crystal, clear waters of the emerald coast.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

The unit was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach. Staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. The price was well within our budget. We wished we could use next door's tennis court LOL. But that was ok we found a delightful local park to play. Great vacation!

Great stay!

Check-in process was quick and easy, staff very friendly. Condo was exactly as listed. The only issues we had were the noise from construction and the loss of available parking due to construction. It was clearly listed when I booked that there would be construction so I was well aware. We can’t wait to come back!

Good condo but needs some work. My husband is an electrician and he was not happy when he saw the receptacles in the bedroom. Was missing a few things like the bath plug and there was no hair dryer. Was very clean when we came so that is a big plus. Over all was a great stay.

We got checked in and their was an air conditioner unit on our balcony that was so loud you could not speak without yelling. That was not disclosed in the picture not enjoyable.

Good location over the pool. Couch was NOT comfortable to sit on. Chairs were inadequate compared to other condos. Bed WAS comfortable. Burnt out lightbulbs should have been replaced before arrival. Air Conditioner leaked on the porch. Restaurant was good, and is one reason we continue to stay at SunDestin. Enjoyed our visit!

Great location, photos and quarters were outdated. Multiple things wrong with interior. Air duct leaking, caused my sons stroller to get wet, bottom stove tray bent and off alignment, back curtain off the track, I feel the place could have been cleaned ALOT better upon arrival sand still on the floor from previous guests, I booked the room for 4 people we were only stocked with 3 towels and 2 wash rags. Overall a great location I just feel the pictures of the room should be updated along with better cleanliness by staff.

The dryer on the third floor was out of service. It didn’t seem like anyone was trying to get it fixed. It was very inconvenient to have to go to another floor. The washers and dryer‘s are commonly used by many people.

The beach

These corporate run VRBO’s have strayed so far from the original intent. Just make money. No creature comforts that even the cheapest motel would offer. Kleenex, no. Coffee, no. Coffee filters, no. Hairdryer, no. I was told there would be beach towels and there weren’t , had to buy them. AC on the patio, annoying. The location on the beach was clearly the goal and we did get that.

First, whenever we get there, they tell us our balcony cannot be opened up because the construction work they did not let us know that we still paid the high price of the condo. They didn’t send us an email or anything about that and they did not give us a discount or anything else so we will never be coming back to this place ever again

Vacation was overall good! Lots of things to do locally & within walking distance theirs lots of restaurants. Our sliding door never worked in main living room so everyone had to traffic through my room to use mine. Also another con was finding a good time to shower because 7-9 am water was cold and night time it ran cold ( due to so many people running water) so that kind of stunk. Wish all rooms had some sort of ocean view our view wasn’t the best but we knew going this unit DOES NOT have a ocean view . The people above us were noisy we called about the tvs in none of the rooms worked showing no tv channels even after reading the manual and troubleshooting front desk wasn’t very helpful with this issue or the sliding door) which stunk with having a 3 &6 year old at our stay for down time this would have been nice. PROS are the huge kitchen fridge and dishwasher also a deep sink the layout flows well kitchen table is great for families. Couch could be updated very stained upon arrival and musty smelling.

Nice condo on the beach

Condo was very clean and had normal amenities. For the price and short notice rental, no complaints. But next time with more notice I may choose a more modern, less crowded property.

Outdated & underwhelmed

This condo needs some major renovations. Walking into the lobby we were greeted by the friendliest staff with a very modern decor. Pool was small and overcrowded. Gym was adequate for a treadmill workout, but not much more. We stayed in unit 306. Nothing had been updated in over 15-20 years including the furniture, appliances and kitchen utensils. The first day the security lock on the door fell right off. We called to have fixed and the maintenance guy attempted to fix for the more than dozen time he said. Just very disappointed in the condition of the condo for the price that we paid. Destin is great, but we won’t be staying at SunDestin again.

Nice beach condo

The only complaint I have with this property is that two of the burners on the stove wouldn't work. We made do with the two that did though. Again, air conditioner unit on the balcony not ideal. Nice views.

It was a good time. We were on the third floor which was an advantage to being on the top floor. The shop in the foyer and the bar/restaurant are very convenient. The beaches are beautiful
