SunDestin 0803 offers a welcoming beachfront retreat with open living spaces and sweeping Gulf views throughout. This 1-bedroom condo features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable seating areas, and a spacious private balcony overlooking the emerald waters of Destin. Whether enjoying beach snacks before heading out or relaxing indoors after time spent by the pool and shoreline, this condo creates an effortless coastal getaway experience.



The Space:

Welcome to the SunDestin Beach Resort by Scenic Stays, the premier condominium in the heart of Destin situated on a private beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! The onsite Scenic Stays team at SunDestin looks forward to welcoming you to your next beach vacation at our 24-hour front desk. The experience of a lifetime awaits! SunDestin Beach Resort features expansive onsite amenities including a newly renovated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, steam room, sauna, outdoor tiki bar (open seasonally), workout facility, event/meeting space, gift shop, complimentary DVD rentals and much more!



Upon entry to SunDestin Unit 803, you are greeted by a fully appointed, well stocked kitchen for home cooked meals or a quick snack to take to the beach. An open dining and living room concept immediately follow, with comfortable seating for 4 guests and a relaxing sofa and armchair set after a long day at the beach and pool. Sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico and the emerald waters welcome you from the living room and spacious balcony with seating for two. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and calming sunsets directly overlooking the beach!



Refresh every night in the comfortable king bed located in the master bedroom, while the kids relax in the queen sofa sleeper located in the living room. Enjoy the flat panel televisions located in the living room and bedroom both equipped with DVD players. DVD rentals are available in the lobby directly across from the gift shop!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

Wonderful September Stay

Perfect Spot

Loved the location. Central to everything and right on the beach! The accommodations were very good since there were only 2 of us, but it might be a little tight for a larger group. Then again we were only in the condo to shower and sleep! 🤗 Would definitely return!!

Construction on property wasn’t relayed at time of booking looks like all the widows are missing Parking is a disaster and having checkin at 4pm is nuts But the units are perfect right on water just wish scenic stays had more pride in their community with splash pad broken lobby needing renovating parking a disaster and building needing a major renovation it seemed

Suggestions for enhanced stay

We enjoyed being able to cook during our stay, but believe an additional pot holder would be helpful for removing dishes from the oven. Also, a larger fry pan would be nice. Regarding the master bedroom bed, it sits up so high, that kids and/or shorter adults can barely get on it. A small step stool would make a huge difference. One last thing...FYI...the towel rack in the main bathroom falls off the wall. Once again we enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next visit.

Weekend Getaway

The location of the property and the view from the balcony are amazing. We were close to all of our favorite restaurants and all of the main attractions. The check in/out process was very easy and the staff was great. The only negative thing I have to say is that the property is older & could use some updates. We know it's tough to maintain places like this that are right on the beach, though. They were working on the outside of the building (painting) so that will help. The unit itself has doors that are tough to open/close and a towel rack that kept falling off the wall in the bathroom. Also, there is a king size bed in the bedroom and, with the other furniture in there, it is a touch squeeze to get around one side of the bed. Luckily we are both thin, and we were only there for a few nights. None of these issues kept us from enjoying our trip, but we may choose a different unit the next time we stay at this property.

Amazing Experience

The property is beautiful. Check in was very easy and our flight came in early and we were able to get in early. The condo was exactly as advertised and in a great location. We could not have been more satisfied with our experience.

Great views!

It was great! However, a lot of people didn't follow campus rules! Things draped over balcony, loud music late at night, yelling from balcony, and marijuana smoking! I could smell it every time I was on the balcony with my daughter! Didnt seem like staff cared about any of this was going on since nothing was done to stop it. Overall clientelle was less than desirable.
