Appartement très confortable

L'appartement est spacieux et très confortable. Les 2 terrasses l'une devant et l'autre derrière sont très agréables. La cuisine est très bien équipée en vaisselle, ustensiles et machine à laver la vaisselle. Les chambres sont confortables avec beaucoup de rangements. L'appartement est situé près de la plage. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture. On peut rejoindre la ville à pied. Quartier très agréable.

Porte d entrée : 1 serrure sur 2 fonctionnees. Menuiseries de 50 ans : obsolète. Chauffe-eau avec une fuite : casserole pour récupérer l'eau.

Vacaciones tranquilas en la llosa

Estamos muy contentos, esta propiedad está en una calle tranquila, cerca del Paseo marítimo. La vivienda es espaciosa y con todo lo necesario. Algunos puntos a mejorar para futuras estancias: La cerradura de la puerta principal no funciona muy bien, hay mucha humedad y esto provoca olor en las habitaciones, en el cabecero de la cama y en los armarios, y muchos mosquitos, sobretodo en el patio interior que nos hubiera gustado aprovechar

Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Tout s’est très bien passé . Le fait que nous ne soyons pas véhiculées et que l’agence et à l’extrêmité de Cambrils nous a un peu gênés ( récupération et retour des clés + dépôt de la caution . Sinon tout était très bien . Merci

Bueno pero mejorable

Problema de humedad que se nota nada más entrar a la vivienda. La ropa de cama tenía machas de humedad y las mantas olían fatal también a humedad. La cocina no tiene artículos de limpieza como friegaplatos o paños para secar las manos. Preparada sólo para verano ya que no tiene ningún aparato calefactor, ni si quiera en el baño. La distribución y estado general de la casa es muy buena con aparcamiento perfecto y muy bien situado. La atención de las personas que nos atendieron fue excelente.

Nevertheless we are happy to inform you that new linen and blankets have been installed into the property. Additional ventilation has also been added to deter the humidity problem.
