The building is located between the lively district of Saint Germain des Prés, a few meters from the Jardin du Luxembourg, and less than 10 minutes walk from the most beautiful shop in Paris: Le Bon Marché.

The open-plan kitchen/living room features a comfy sofa, where you can relax after a long day exploring the city, a dining table enough for two, and multiple windows that brighten up the space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. It also includes a washer, a dishwasher, and ironing equipment.

The bedroom is equipped with a queen bed complete with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and multiple storage spaces for your belongings.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

The flat is located on the top floor with a lift and guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay.

The Jardin du Luxembourg park dominates this chic Left Bank district, home to posh boutiques, eateries, and the 6th-century Abbey of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Paris's oldest church. Sidewalk booksellers sell vintage titles on the banks of the Seine. Boulevard Saint-Germain draws tourists and literature fans to iconic cafes like Les Deux Magots and Flore, once favored by writers such as Hemingway and Camus. You will live to the rhythm of the district, which is lively by day and quiet by night, and will take full advantage of its shops, its upscale or typically Parisian restaurants, and walk to many tourist sites such as the Louvre or Notre Dame de Paris.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
