Nestled in the hills of Ellicottville, NY, this stunning A-Frame is conveniently located just outside of downtown Ellicottville, a picturesque town with vibrant small businesses, restaurants and bars as well as home to two ski resorts and some of the best outdoor recreation in the area including biking, hiking, fishing and kayaking. This beautiful home offers 3 bedrooms plus a loft and two full bathrooms as well as a wraparound deck that overlooks the wooded property, and boasts an outdoor fire pit, wood burning stove and a charm galore!

Not many places where you can build a fire inside. Hot tub is very nice to relax in. Quiet, private area, very relaxing, very nice home rental. Everything you need is there. Host was very quick to respond to my booking and all questions

Perfect cabin for a ski trip. Had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook everyday and the views were so nice. 10/10 cozy vibes. The hosts were very responsive and helpful as well!

My friends and I had a lovely tome staying here while we were skiing at Holiday Valley. The house was so cozy with the fireplace which kept it nice and toasty in the cold weather. We enjoyed hanging out at the house playing board games and using the hot tub.

Great stay at a nice property just outside of Ellicottville, plenty of space for two families (4 adults, 3 kids). Pretty nicely updated, hot tub worked great. Some issues with plowing when we arrived (lots of snow left on the driveway) but that was taken care of by the second day. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property. Beds were nice, space was fun, and the hot tub was a great bonus. Tucked in a secluded patch of woods. Hot tub was cold on arrival, so we couldn’t use it the first night while we waited for it to warm. Heat was difficult to control. It was either too cold or scorching hot, especially in the loft.

Great location!

The property was just a short drive from downtown but was far enough away for privacy. Easy access to the house, plenty of space for the seven of us.

Cozy cabin

A lovely cozy cabin tucked away in the woods enough to feel very private, but close enough to Ellicottville to quickly and easily access everything there is to offer (about a 9 minute drive). Cabin is well appointed for everything you'll need for your stay

I rated 4/5 across the board because there is a glitch on the app and it doesn’t say what the categories are. I really liked this house. The space was great for a few people and it’s one of the only rentals we have stayed in that’s actually in the woods and you can’t see the road from the house. Also there was plenty of supplies, towels, trash bags and toilet paper in the house. I rated 4/5 because there are a few simple things that could be replaced to make the place feel 5/5. There was really old porch furniture in the back that should be replaced, the front storm door tilts into the front decking and catches the flooring everytime you try to open the door which makes it really difficult to bring luggage in and out of the house and the remotes for the lighting were pretty bad. The one in the living room was missing from what I could tell and in the dining room it’s broken into 3 pieces and the battery is hanging out of the controller. All simple things that would elevate the experience but overall we really enjoyed the place.

Secluded

Great place the is off the beaten trail. Lovely view during the Fall. Felt like you were sleeping in the forest with the tall and large windows surrounding the bed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great experience, perfect winter getaway

Just as described and enough space for us to hang out and have a relaxing and fun weekend getaway. Not too far from the slopes. Private area. Fully stocked with basic needs and great experience communicating with the owner. I’d recommend this property and likely rent again!

Skiing Vacation

We loved our stay at Irish Hill—it was tucked back into the woods and snow but we were easily able to get in and out with it being plowed often! It was a 15 min drive to Holiday Valley and then an evening in the hot tub and dinner. It was well equipped and plenty of room for the 8 of us, My family wants to make it a yearly trip!! Thank you for sharing your home with us

Beautiful cabin, very well supplied.

Beautiful, private property. One of the first places we've stayed that had plenty of paper goods, soap, kitchen utensils, etc. The bathrooms were small but clean. The area rugs had not been vacuumed before we arrived, however, and there was a lot of dog hair. Everything worked well except the clothes washer, which took several hours to fill with cold water. Overall, a very comfortable stay for our family of 5.

Decent Location

This is a cozy home with a nice 2 story layout and a loft. Both bedrooms have their own little fireplace, which is a nice added touch. There was ample cookware and the beds were cozy. If you're traveling here in the winter it's best to have all wheel drive. We didn't, and had quite the time on their somewhat steep drive. The hot tub wasn't working properly so we weren't able to use that all weekend despite the owner having it serviced days prior to our arrival. The owner was responsive to our outreach when we needed assistance.

Excellent location / beautiful view / secluded

We were 4 adults and 3 children staying at this beautiful oasis. A very private property. Beautiful large windows to take in the view of surrounding trees. Kids loved the bunk beds and loft. Adults enjoyed the hot tub post ski day! Only minor issues were we didn’t have dry firewood inside …there was plenty on porch but it was wet due to snow. Oven wasn’t cleaned so we were unable to use it as it had grease on the bottom and started smoking when we tried to use it. Property manager was excellent helping us troubleshoot wifi connection issue. Julia was super friendly and responsive. We plan to trim again!

Ski Trip

Our stay was great for the most part. The house was cozy and had plenty of room for our group of seven. They had pots, pans, plates, etc needed to make cooking and eating easy. The hot tub was nice for the kids. The only downside to our tip was that there was snow melt from the amount of snow on the roof and it came in through the laundry room and the bedroom. It caused clothes on the floor to get wet and required us to wash them again. To be fair there was a large snow storm that dumped a lot of snow during our trip. Another concern is that the roads are treacherous on irish hill road and they are not plowed as often as other main roads. Our host was very responsive and the person who plows the driveway was very nice. It was a ten minute drive to holiday valley and that was a nice perk.

Overall it was absolutely amazing! My family and I said we would gladly move in. We also did not want to leave! The fact the house has almost everything you need was a huge bonus. A few suggestions would to have a gate for the steps, we did go by one to be safe. Something more around the hot tub for like a speaker and stuff you need.
