Great location, could use some window screens

This is a wonderful location close to the heart of Venice but just outside the hustle and bustle. The only problem we ran into was mosquitos - no A/C and no window screens made for some nasty bites.

Great Location but beware of Scam

Great place, awesome location and perfect for our visit. Unfortunately, buyer beware...Their check in instructions demands that you give their agent a $200 Euros Deposit in CASH upon check in, which should be returned at the time of check out. Unfortunately, their agent wasn't able to meet with us at the time of check out, so I have spent the past several weeks trying to get my deposit returned. Honestly, the apartment was perfect but if you decide to take the risk and stay, do not return the key until you receive your deposit back...

Sehr schöne große Wohnung, zwei Bäder, drei Schlafzimmer, viel Platz, Heizung hat funktioniert - haben nicht gefroren, super Lage in der Stadt. Leider waren die Bettgestelle und Matratzen in den für die Kinder gedachten Zimmer alt und unbequem - nicht für Erwachsene geeignet.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la situation de l'appartement très centrale, la gentillesse de Maria qui nous a accueillis et la préparation de l'appartement, cependant il y aurait quelque améliorations et changements a effectuer dans l'électroménager, certains éléments sont à remplacer et il n'était pas pas possible d'utiliser la baignoire. Sinon nous avons passé nos journées jusque tard en soirée et avons pu profiter de cette magnifique Venise.

Sauber, mit wenigen Mängeln

Sauber und ordentlich! Zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Kleine Mängel wie keine Klima, defekte Ventilatoren und verstopfte Badewanne. Sonst alles top. Kann man durchaus eine Woche drin wohnen. Gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine!

Great size and location

We loved this mostly quiet location and it was a big place for our family of five. The host was very flexible with our (late) check in time. We liked having a microwave to reheat food for the kids in the morning and a freezer and make ice for our water bottles. I think the place could use another fan, as the lack of a/c during a heat wave made it quite hot at night. Overall it worked out well for us.

Appartement vénitien typique avec beaucoup de caractère. Larges espaces confortables. Situation idéale pour visiter Venise. Entre place Saint Marc et Rialto. Commerces, restaurants, traiteurs et épiceries à proximité. Très bien reçu. Avons passé un excellent séjour

Eine schöne große Wohnung in zentraler Lage mitten in Venedig. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Einige Dinge sind jedoch in die Jahre gekommen.

Une situation idéale pour visiter Venise, proche de tous les lieux à voir. Un accueil très chaleureux et sympatique par Francesco et Ludmila. La place en bas idéale pour prendre un verre ou une glace au soleil en retour de balades et pour les enfants jouer avec les petits italiens. Je recommande vivement +++++

Appartement bien placé

Nous avions dela loué cet appartement il y a 2 ans. Cette année le wifi a été lent, et le ménage discutable. On a eu un souci électrique qui a nécessité de réarmer le compteur au rez-de-chaussée, le différentiel n’ayant pas joué son rôle... De plus des prises électriques factices dans une des chambres nous a obligé à acheter une rallonge. Heureusement. la personne qui nous a remis les clés, Andrea, nous a très bien accueilli et disponible.

Muy buena opción

La ubicación es perfecta, equidistante de San Marco y Rialto. El Campo Santa María Formosa es animado de día y tranquilo por la noche. Hay un supermercado a tres minutos andando. También restaurantes, pizzerías, etc... en la proximidad. El acceso al piso, como se especifica en el anuncio, es mediante unos treinta escalones. El piso es muy luminoso. El equipamiento es suficiente, aunque se agradecería que hubiera algún pequeño electrodoméstico más (batidora, tostadora, etc.). Un acierto, sin duda
