Luxueux, élégant appartement entièrement rénové et entièrement équipé de 70 m² avec jardin dans le quartier le plus chic de Venise, à une minute du pont de l'Accademia, du campo Santo Stefano et du musée Palazzo Grassi. Avec une entrée depuis le jardin privé du Palazzo Falier du XVe siècle et sa jetée privée de bateau-taxi, Canaletto Falier - avec vue sur le jardin privé du Palazzo Falier et le canal Rio del Duca - dispose de deux chambres doubles et de deux salles de bains, un confortable et entièrement meublé salon avec TV satellite et Internet ADSL et une console de cuisine moderne entièrement équipée. Canaletto Falier est finement décoré de «marmorino» et de «stucchi» vénitiens, avec des lampes originales «1930» Venini »toutes les moyennes de l'appartement et de nouvelles salles de bains en marbre italien. Un endroit calme et très élégant dans le quartier le plus prestigieux de Venise. Le jour de votre arrivée et de votre départ, vous pouvez entrer dans l'appartement par la prestigieuse entrée du Palazzo Falier sur le Grand Canal.

Property was clean and well furnished, manager and owner were v helpful. It’s only a very short walk to restaurants and shops and most major sights can be reached within 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend the property very highly and would stay here again.

It is a comfortably furnished apartment with everything you need for an extended stay; great beds and linens, washing machine, dishwasher, cooking utensils, etc.It is located in a wonderful part of Venice with much to see within walking distance. We look forward to returning and staying longer.

This immaculately clean apartment was very quiet yet near many sites of interest. We arranged with the host to arrive at the private boat dock located at the property. The San Samuele public dock was very convenient (a 3 minute walk) to take the ferry or to hire a private taxi as well. The apartment is well designed with a bedroom and bathroom at each end and a living room/kitchen in the middle. We had all the items we needed to cook and eat in the apartment. It was a comfortable place to relax and recharge after a long day of walking and seeing the sights. I highly recommend this location.

A really nice flat in the heart of Venice. Very well located for quick access to many attractions. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back anytime. The seating area in the garden invites you to linger.

This apartment was perfect! The location is great, close enough to walk to everything but in a quiet area. The 2 bedrooms were great and the bathrooms were a good size, much bigger than some of the places we stayed during our Italy trip. We would stay here again and would recommend it to others!

Beautiful property in a great location; central to everything you might need and all the important locations to visit. We would stay here again anytime! Our host, Orial, met us from our private water taxi and showed us to the apartment. Orial was easy to reach and responded right away! We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great experience in this very comfortable, centrally located flat. The two bathrooms was a huge plus. Really nice fixtures in the bathrooms, felt very upscale. Great for two couples. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the flat so each bedroom felt very private. Beds were very comfortable. Windows have screens that pull down if needed which is a plus. Very quiet location. Would most definitely stay here again.
