Browse the lobby gift shop for T-shirts, sunglasses, and beach apparel. SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, making it well-suited for large professional and personal functions. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



Get ready for a relaxing stay at SunDestin Unit 1003. You’ll find the perfect home away from home in this gorgeous one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Filled with beautiful furnishings and beachy decor, this restful retreat has something for everyone! Prepare full-blown meals, fancy hors devours, or simple snacks in the fully appointed, spacious kitchen. Lounge in the open-concept living/dining area with a flat-screen TV and plenty of seating for all. Savor breathtaking views from the private balcony, directly overlooking the gulf. Awake renewed after a restful night’s sleep on either the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room or in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen television, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.



If you enjoy shopping, check out Destin Commons, an outdoor lifestyle center packed with restaurants and boutiques just ten minutes away! In addition to popular stores for men, women and children, the mall comes complete with a movie theater showing the latest releases.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Location to the beach and restaurants are excellent. Staff was friendly. The only negative feedback I have is the rooms and furniture needs updated and the outside pool was still closed. Otherwise everything you need is available and the beds were comfortable.

Beautiful Condo! Amazing view!

Our stay was nearly perfect! We did have a few hiccups upon arrival as the master bathroom and AC were not working, but service was quick and easy. You cannot beat the view from balcony and the easy walk to the beach is so convenient! Will stay again for sure!

Amazing Views!

This condo was great & had all the amenities of home. It was very clean & beautifully decorated. But my favorite part was the amazing views from the 10th floor! We saw so many dolphins swimming by as we enjoyed our coffee on the balcony! This condo & the resort were perfect!

Love the view!

The lobby was very nice. The apartment was clean with an amazing view and the beach is the best part. I love that it's a non smokers place. Safe for kids and I would really consider to come back soon! The bed is very comfortable. I would change the mattress In the couch but besides that, loved it

Very Nice - Almost Perfect

Really enjoyed our stay. The facility had everything we needed - convenience store, beach rentals, restaurant, drinks. There was still some construction going on, but it was minimal and did not inconvenience us. The only thing I would change is to remove the Starbucks coffee cup from the brochure. Seeing this We actually assumed there was Starbucks coffee on the premises.

This place never disappoints

I have been coming to Destin for several years now. I always stay at the Sundestin. Every time I book a different room and I have never been disappointed yet! Always clean and well maintained! Being directly on the beach is a must for me so the fact that this resort is clean and the staff is always friendly makes me want to come back! I just left yesterday and I miss it already! Thanks Sundestin for the memories

Perfect location!

This is a spectacular location! There was a lot of construction going on. It was priced on the lower side and I think it was because of the construction. Our unit's furniture and rugs were a bit outdated and needed attention. But, we spent 99% of our time outside on the beach. Everyone is helpful and friendly! We will be back.

Condo was pretty well kept up and maintained. The only things I would recommend would be more towels in the room and updating the recliner (super small) and couch (showed signs of wear). That being said overall the condo was good and I wouldn’t hesitate booking again.

Very disappointed

The bed was so uncomfortable and hard, the pillows need to be replaced. The carpet in the bedroom was disgusting and needs to be replaced as was the rug in the living room. The unit just needs some TLC and some updates. Very disappointed in the noise made from the renovations….I do not recall being told that information at booking. I would have booked elsewhere.
