CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.

Feel your every day stresses  fade away against the spectacular views at SunDestin Unit 1110. This one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to four, successfully bringing the outdoors in for a delightful beach getaway! You’ll find everything in the fully-appointed kitchen to prepare snacks for the beach or just take it easy and lounge in the sunny open-concept space. Cozy up on plush furnishings in the living room with flat-screen TV, gather around the dining table with seating for four, and take in spectacular views on the balcony, directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Bed down on the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room or in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.

Destin is a great place for family vacationing, brimming with an array of eateries for the whole family to enjoy. Check out Brotula’s Seafood House and Steamer or Margaritaville on the Destin harbor, both specializing in fresh cuisine and just five minutes from property!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
