Explore the gift shop in the lobby and stock up on cold beverages, snacks, beach attire, and keepsakes. Don’t feel like going out for dinner? Relax in the outdoor hot tub, sauna, or steam room. Get a workout in at the fitness facility and select from an assortment of complimentary DVD rentals available for your enjoyment. The many on-site amenities, including over 3,000 s.f. of meeting room space, makes SunDestin the perfect destination resort for vacations, reunions or business meetings. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 1514 is a vibrant one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Cool off midst shades of sorbet in the open-concept living/dining unit with plenty of room for all! Cozy up on the couch or cushy side chairs and enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV. You’ll find the abundance of counter space in the fully-appointed kitchen makes meal prep quick and easy. Enjoy meals at the dining table with seating for four or on the balcony, directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Settle in for the night on the sleeper sofa in the living room or in the private master suite, which houses a king-sized bed, flat screen television, and en suite bathroom for added convenience. You’ll find the miles of pristine coastline and waterways in Destin lend themselves to endless days of snorkeling, paddle boarding, and kayaking. Pick your favorite and enjoy your day in the sun!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
