Single-storey apartment, private entrance completely renovated (end of development 15/09/22 and rented out on this date, consisting of a dining room, living room, open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, in a chalet facing the mountains with unfenced land and private parking
Nordic area of St Veran at the foot of the chalet: departure point for many hikes of all levels, summer and winter: (snowshoeing, cross-country skis etc) alpine ski resort of Molines linking the slopes of St Veran at 400m (free shuttle) or on skis for experienced skiers.
Bakery, grocery store and butcher shop in Molines.

End of stay cleaning carried out by the Saphi Propreté company, invoiced in the booking fee by Vrbo and amounting to 120€

Vacances de février

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Le logement est fonctionnel et pensé pour vivre : beaucoup de rangements, une pièce de vivre accueillante, un coin buanderie. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'affabilité de nos hôtes et les petits détails (le prêt de luge, le déneigement, les dépliants touristiques, les tisanes...) Le chalet est très calme et est idéalement situé avec des départs de ski de fond et de marche en face de la maison, un accès facile aux pistes de ski de pistes. Nous reviendrons, il reste encore beaucoup à explorer !

Parfait

Rez de chaussée de chalet confortable, calme, et joliment décoré, situé dans un hameau proche de la station de ski alpin et au départ de pistes de ski de fond. Je recommande .

De superbes marches, une belle faune et flore à découvrir, le Queyras est une région magnifique, le soleil la journée et la fraîcheur la nuit, des amis, un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires...

Tout en vous remerciant pour l'avis déposé , votre discrétion etc, nous dirions même un sans faute, je ne comprends pas la note 3/5 correspondant au Règlement intérieur, alors que j'avais mis 5 étoiles sur l'évaluation en général, l'assistant Abritel a pu effacer mais non modifié. Beau logement

Très bien, confortable, bien isolé et chaleureux. Point d'amélioration: Manque de placard rangement insuffisant dans les chambres pour mettre les affaires. Danger: la porte d'entrée manque d'éclairage la nuit et grosse plaque de glace devant... Mon fils à glissé avec fracture de la rotule le premier jour, il faut que le nécessaire soir fait pour que l'entrée de l'appartement soit propre et dégagée de toute plaque de glace le jour d'arrivée et mettre à disposition des locataires du sel de dégel.

Merveilleux Queyras

Appartement chaleureux, très bien équipé, très bien isolé. Propriétaires très sympathiques et accueillants. Excellent point de départ pour des courses en ski de randonnée. Nous avons passé 2 semaines merveilleuses.
