Private: large, beautiful garden (fenced) with lawn 1'800 m2, swimming pool kidney shaped (9 x 4 m, depth 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (50 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Grocery 200 m, supermarket 8 km, restaurant, bar 200 m, bus stop "Riumar" 400 m, railway station "Aldea- Amposta" 25 km. Groups of teenagers on request only.

Eine Villa

3 Toiletten, einmal mit Dusche und einmal mit Jacuzzi. Viel Umschwung, also perfekt für Hunde und Kinder. Grosse Küche und ein schönes grosses Wohnzimmer, falls es mal regnet. Der Pool, klein aber fein. Vorsaison guter Preis. Hochsaison etwas zu stolzer Preis. Rundherum Sichtschutz, gute Privatsphäre.

Grosszügiges schönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr gross, auch hat es einen sehr grosszügigen Garten. Leider sind einige Sachen nicht mehr ganz intakt. Z.B. Ein Möbel welches auseinander fällt, die Mückengitter an den Fenstern sind zum Teil nicht mehr in der Führung. Die Küche ist gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Aber im grossen und ganzen ein sehr tolles Haus. Würde es wieder mieten.

Maison vetuste Vaisselle catastrophique et mauvais état 2 chambres avec des matelas de mauvaise qualité 2 salle de bain et non 3 ! Par contre 3 WC Heureusement l'extérieur : piscine jardin et porche relève le niveau de la maison Désagréable : le monsieur de la piscine et les jardiniers qui entrent et sortent à leur guise sans prévenir, sans demander

Casa el jardi

El jardín está muy bien y la piscina es agradable. La cocina correcta y funcional. La superficie de la casa está muy bien con los porches. Pero en los lavabos ,la zona de ducha está anticuada y algo dejada,no funcionando bien al menos 1 de ellas. Una de las habitaciones con cama de matrimonio tenía un colchón pésimo y la habitación tenía olor.

El alojamiento ideal

Lo tiene todo: espacio suficiente, con 4 habitaciones, tres baños (1 con jacuzzi y otro con torre de sensaciones), amplia cocina y un inmenso salón. Lo mejor está en el exterior, con un porche maravilloso para las noches fresquitas y con un inmenso jardín soleado para el día, con piscina, tumbonas y una barbacoa portátil para deleite de todos. Para mí, el alojamiento ideal en Deltebre.

Ha sido una estancia muy buena. La casa es tal como aparece en las fotos ,incluso mejor. Yo lo único eche en falta que hubiese ducha en el baño del jacuzzi.

La casa és una preciositat, ben cuidada i amb tots els serveis disponibles. L'entorn és tranquil i amb serveis molt a prop. A més la població més important (Deltebre) està només a 10 km.

Belle villa calme familiale

Villa sans vis à vis .grand terrain cloturé .fonctionelle .spacieuse .la literie pas très confortable mais on y dort bien quand même Situation géographiqie exceptionnelle .vous munir de vélos sera un vrai plus pour se déplacer et se ballader ! Et munissez vous du produit xxx .un puissant antimoustique car c est le paradis de la nature et des moustiques Nous sommes passés par interhomme très sympa et pros !
