House located in one of the outbuildings of the Château de Pondres. It has been renovated while preserving its original stone and wood features. Exceptional, peaceful setting with a magnificent view of the vineyards and the Cévennes.
This bright, upstairs house features four bedrooms and a shaded terrace.
It is located right next to a supermarket. Close to Sommières and hiking trails, and just a half-hour from Nîmes, Montpellier, and the sea.
