We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been happier with this property. The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the location was an easy walk to the beach and the pool was relaxing.

Beautiful house, pool was a nice relief at the end of days at the nearby beach. Beach was great, not crowded. Loved the stay, owners were in touch on day one to make sure all was ok and if we had questions. Great people to work with.

Great place and location

Has everything you need and a short walk to the beach. Our families had a great time relaxing by the pool, on the deck and at the beach. Would definitely come back when visiting Hilton Head.

We really enjoyed our week in this home. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for preparing meals and space for everyone. The beach is a close walk, the boardwalk leading to beach with park was super nice as well. We had a great week and the owners checked in on us when we arrived to ensure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Terrific HHI neighborhood beach house.

A beautiful vacation home just a 5 minute walk from the beach. Large kitchen, dining room, and family room. Bedrooms are comfortable, but are little tight when having a rental crib for an infant. Over all a great vacation home

May 2026- We were very happy with our stay at 38 Bradley Beach Road. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware, serving utensils and dishes. The large island was great for cooking or just hanging around in the kitchen for snacks. The kitchen has a wine fridge too! The living room with a large sectional sofa was very comfortable and a there was a large TV as well. Each bedroom had its own TV as well. Bathrooms are nice size and very clean, the half bath in the kitchen area is a real plus! The master bedroom and bathroom are very nice. The bedroom is quite large and the walk in shower is great! The garage area has another refrigerator which is great for drinks and ice…pool is nice, small but kids had a lot of fun with it. The beach is a little walk, but it is paved and the restrooms are very nice-great outside showers and a walkway with a ramp access leads you to a beautiful beach. The host is extremely accommodating and responsive. One of the best hosts we ever ever dealt with without a doubt. Giving this property an excellent rating for all of the above, especially the host,..We loved the house!

Perfect location. Walk to the beach, Kroger just down the road, etc. house is great and well maintained. The swimming pool is an added plus. Nicely furnished and kitchen is well equipped with newer appliances. Owner is very accommodating and responsive to any questions or issues

Fabulous long weekend

It’s a beautiful home a little away from the busy areas, which was nice. The walk to the beach was short and awesome. John was great with communication and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Great home base for your Hilton Head vacation!

Great spot for our family vacation. Super close lto a beach park with great amenities and easy and accessible route into the beach. Swimming pool and patio in the back yard perfect for quick pop ins between the usual HH summer rain storms. Updated home with everything you’ll need. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful location

My family had a wonderful time and the location was perfect. Everyone enjoyed all the space in the hose and all the conveniences. We also enjoyed the pool and all the outside areas for relaxing. The response from the owner with questions was very prompt.
