Great location, great space for a large group

Really pleased with this property, the village is beautiful and only 10 mins from Le Touquet beach meant it was a perfect place for two families with children. Garden was excellent and loved the dining courtyard too. Whole place excellently equipped. Considering using this if we return next year as a large group. Only downside was the linen, didn't notice it wasn't included so had to pay 110 euros for 3 doubles and 2 singles.on the day.

Woning in étaples

Score gemiddeld. Huis op zich zeker ruim genoeg. Voldoende kamers, ruime leefruimtes. Properheid viel wat tegen in de keuken vooral. Er waren weinig pannen en zeer vuile oude bekraste kookpotten die ongezond zijn van ouderdom. We hebben alles eerst afgewassen met ontvetter want je kon met je vinger een vetstreep trekken in de potterie. Op de soeplepel hing nog prei van de vorige aangekoekt. Voor de rest was huis zeker ok. Gezellig terras en tuintje. Ligging: tegenover een pizzeria die zijn ubereats voor onze garage laat parkeren. Toen wij onze wagen voor de eigen garage hadden geparkeerd voor de nacht stond er de dag nadien een kras over de ganse lengte van de wagen gekerfd. Op een nieuwe wagen. Dat is een domper op de reis. Mijn idee? Dat waren de Pizzeria mensen, die zijn totaal onbeleefd. Étaples zelf is wel charmant. Let wel, als het markt is geraak je bijna niet meer weg met de auto. Houd daar dus zeker rekening mee.

We zijn erg verrast door deze opmerkingen, die we al jaren niet meer van andere huurders hebben gehad. We hebben een schoonmaakcontract met een professionele conciërge die verantwoordelijk is voor de ontvangst, de inventaris en de schoonmaak van het huis. We zijn er altijd erg blij mee geweest. Uw opmerkingen over de pannen kloppen niet, we gebruiken ze persoonlijk regelmatig als we komen, ze worden altijd goed schoongemaakt en indien nodig vernieuwd. We kennen de manager van de pizzeria erg goed en hij is altijd erg vriendelijk geweest en is nog nooit ergens van beschuldigd door andere huurders of mensen die we kennen. Tot slot vindt op dinsdag- en vrijdagochtend de markt van Etaples plaats waar iedereen van kan genieten. In geen geval is de toegang tot het huis geblokkeerd, alleen het marktplein is op deze 2 ochtenden niet toegankelijk om plaats te maken voor de handelaren. Het spijt ons dat uw verblijf niet was wat u ervan gehoopt had, maar de recensies van Abritel en Airbnb over onze accommodatie zijn altijd uitstekend geweest. Het is jammer dat we niet aan uw verwachtingen hebben kunnen voldoen.

Très bel endroit, beaucoup d'espace quand nous sommes en groupe

Très, très bien...un village très calme, et proche de tout, habitation avec beaucoup d'espace, bien décorée...les chambres du 1er étage sont super mais c'est du parquet et donc un peu bruyant et il manque une casserole ou 2 pour pouvoir faire des pâtes pour un groupe
