Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Departure is no later than 10:00am. All of our guest bookings are back to back with thorough cleanings in-between. Late departure will forfeit your security deposit.
Please make sure that the grill and firepit are cleaned and covered. Close and lock all windows and doors.
Things break – if there is anything that’s broken, or needs to be replaced or is not working properly, please contact us so we can promptly take care of it for our next guests.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at One Day Happened. House was very clean, updated and had a very practical layout. Great location with privacy and close to multiple beaches in Eastham and Orleans. We appreciated the convenient amenities, such as paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, garbage bags, etc. We are already looking to plan next year's trip at the same house.

Great family getaway!

We stayed at One Day Happened for a few days in Mar/Apr with our two kids. The house is beautiful and well appointed, and the owners were very responsive. We enjoyed the excellent food and beaches in the area and hope to return again in the future!

Wedding Weekend!

We stayed at this property with family to attend a weekend wedding. The house was PERFECT in every way.......from cleanliness, amenities, location, you name it! Amazing long weekend with Friends!!

This was a wonderful house! We enjoyed the outdoor space so much. So close to bike and walk/run trail. Incredibly clean and comfortable. Kitchen was fabulous to cook in! Hope we can come back one day.

Terrific location and stay

We stay there for five nights and the property is beautiful. In a wonderful location if you like to use the bike path very convenient and close. You can also take path to Coast Guard Beach from there. My family had a really good experience and enjoyed everything about cape cod . They want to keep coming back. I highly highly recommend

Wonderful stay!

This was a perfect spot for our week on Cape Cod! The location was great with lots of trees and the Cape Cod Rail-Bike Trail was only one block away! We arrived after dark, so had a little trouble finding the house, however everything went very smoothly after that. The house is lovely and was very clean!! Our host, Nodhi, was exceptional with communication, and it was obvious that she values guest comfort and satisfaction!
