The house, adjoining the owners' residence, has been renovated into a charming gîte. From the moment you enter the shared entrance, you'll be captivated by the lovely pool area, which the owners leave at your disposal (4 x 8 m). The gîte is located at the end of the house and boasts a large, private terrace, perfect for relaxation and outdoor dining during the warmer months. The gîte has been completely renovated with tasteful décor, blending modern style with carefully selected antique pieces. All on one level, you'll find a living room with a dining area, lounge, and well-equipped kitchen. One bedroom has a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), and the other two each have a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm). There is a shower room (walk-in shower) and a separate toilet. Parking is available near the gîte. The A71 motorway is 15 km from Gannat and its Paléopolis theme park. Vulcania and Lemptegy are 70 km away. Saint-Pourçain-sur-Sioule and its vineyards are 20 km away, and Vichy, a spa town and UNESCO World Heritage Site, is 32 km away.
