A kilátás,a táj ,a terasz csodás.A környék strandjai kellemesek,tiszták,gyerekekkel is élvezhetők.A látnivalók,a városközpont elérhető távolságban vannak,feltéve,hogy a vendég kellőképp fitt a rengeteg lépcsőzéshez:)). - A GPS-KOORDINÁTÁK PONTATLANOK,ANNAK ALAPJÁN NEHÉZ MEGTALÁLNI A CÉLPONTOT!Érdemesebb a címre tájolni,azzal már jól megközelíthető a szállás helye.

Quartier, trotz wenig Quadratmeter absolut clever eingerichtet, daher genug Platz, optisch sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, Terrasse teils mit teils ohne Überdachung für jedes Wetter, AUSBLICK !!!! nicht nur auf Meer und Sonnenuntergang sowie die Berge rundherum, sondern auch auf nette Häuser in der Nachbarschaft mit schönem Blumenschmuck... einfach paradiesisch... Bergpanorama, naher öffentlicher Strand mit feinem Kies , eigener Parkplatz, SEHR nette Leute!!! - viele Stufen zum Quartier (umgerechnet auf Stockwerke: von Parkplatz etwas 3-4) - ist nicht zu vermeiden bei Hanglage, bei Gehbehinderung aber ein Problem.. nicht gefallen hat mir vor allem, dass ich wieder ausziehen musste ;-)

Und was für eine tolle Dachterrasse! Super Ausblick, groß, teilweise überdacht und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben alle Mahlzeiten draußen eingenommen. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung zweckmäßig eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was in einem Apartment benötigt wird. Vielen Dank auch an die Vermieter für die sehr herzliche Gastfreundschaft! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Było świetnie polecamy każdemu ten apartament posiada on piękny widok na morze jest w idealnym miejscu 5min od centrum omis, właściciele bardzo mili i uprzejmi przez cały pobyt pytali czy wszystko w porządku i interesowali się nami, apartament posiada wszystko co potrzeba i nic mu nie brakuje! Polecam w 100% to miejsce!

Apartament jest wspaniały, a w szczególności balkon, z którego jest zachwycający widok. Apartament jest bardzo czysty i w pełni wyposażony. WI-FI jest doskonałe. Właściciele niezwykle życzliwi. Apartament jest około 10-15 minut od dwóch plaż - piaszczystej i żwirowej oraz od centrum miasta.

Krásna destinácia s výborným ubytovaním

Ubytovanie bolo výborné. Nábytok bol síce starší, ale všetko bolo čisté a útulné. Bola som milo prekvapená kompletným zariadením apartmánu od elektrospotrebičov až po utierky, čistiace prostriedky a WC papier. Poslúžila aj klimatizácia. Najviac sa mi páčila terasa s výhľadom na more, ktorej časť bola pod strechou a časť s lehátkami bola otvorená. Majitelia boli veľmi priateľskí a zaujímali sa, či sme so všetkým spokojní, či niečo nepotrebujeme. Uličky k ubytovaniu boli veľmi úzke, tak sme mali auto po celý čas v krytej garáži a všade sme chodili pešo, lebo to bolo blízko. K dispozícii boli 2 neďaleké pláže. Jedna široká piesočnatá, kde sme moc nechodili, lebo tam nebol tieň a druhá kamenistá v tôni stromov, kde sa dalo potápať a sledovať rybky. Neboli tam žiadne vlny, no odporúčam mať topánky do vody. Vedľa nej bol bar s WC a sprchou. Cesta k pláži bola po schodoch. Vedľa ubytovania boli aj malé potraviny, kde mali ráno čerstvé pečivo. Reštaurácie boli až v neďalekom centre. Rána nám trochu znepríjemňoval kostol, ktorý o 6.00 hlasno zvonil, čím nás budil. Z výletov sme využili plavbu loďkou po rieke, čo odporúčam. Bola to veľmi pekná dovolenka.

Wspaniałe miejsce i przemili gospodarze.

Apartament czysty, ładny, dobrze wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne do pobytu. Wisienka na torcie to taras, widok z niego jest niesamowity. Jest część zadaszona idealna na wspólne rodzinne posiłki oraz część odkryta do podziwiania widoków podczas popijania kawy lub winka. Dodatkowo przemili i pomocni gospodarze. W przyszłym roku też wybierzemy ten apartament.

Jesteśmy rodziną ze starszymi dziećmi i dla każdego z nas wszystko było idealne.... tak apartament jak i Omiś. Co prawda komentarz dotyczy apartamentu ale chciałabym zacząć od szczególnych podziękowań dla Właścicieli za wszelką pomoc , jaką nam okazali .Slobodan i Sreta bardzo dobrzy i mili ludzie ...rzadko się dziś takich spotyka .Dziękujemy i pozdrowienia z Torunia ! Właściciele pomocni ale nie narzucający się , bardzo łatwo rozmawialiśmy po angielsku mimo iż , moja znajomość języka jest bardzo elementarna . Apartament bardzo wygodny , z klimatyzacją ,czysty , urządzony tak ,żeby gość czuł się jak w domu i miał wszystko co mu potrzeba .... taras z kwiatami jest dopełnieniem uroku tego miejsca a widok z niego CUDOWNY !!! Do apartamentu przynależy zacienione miejsce parkingowe . Lokalizacja bardzo dobra , blisko do kameralnej plaży gdzie jest mało ludzi a dużo zwierząt na lądzie i pod wodą - maski do nurkowania bardzo wykorzystywane przez całą rodzinę .Droga na plażę schodami jest koniecznością - to miasto jest na zboczu góry . To nieduże miasto ma dla turysty w każdym wieku wiele możliwości , które daje bliskość morza , gór i rzeki : dwa typy plaży , boiska i siłownia , rejsy wycieczkowe , zachowana starówka , twierdze pirackie na wzgórzu ,kanion rzeki , różnorodność roślinności i zwierząt , kąpiele w rzece i w morzu , rafting , skałki , tyrolka ponad 2 km, dużo restauracji , sklepów ,kluby ...a przy tym nie ma tłoku i zgiełku dużych kurortów. Jeśli chcesz więcej to w promieniu max 200 km Dubrovnik , Split , Trogir czy wodospady KRKA .Dla mnie nie ma lepszej miejscówki w CROATIA .Nie jeździmy na urlop dwa razy do tego samego miejsca ale do Omiś i na ten taras wrócimy na pewno ! p.s. portal ADRIAGATE też godny polecenia , pomocna obsługa w twoim języku , wszystko super ! - za krótko :(

Veľmi príjemní a ochotní majitelia, krásne a čisté ubytovanie, perfektný balkón - výhľad na more. V meste veľa možností a atrakcií. Piesková pláž vhodná hlavne pre malé deti, ale aj na kamienkoch je super. Ceny v obchodoch podobné ako na Slovensku, blízko sú obchody - KONZUM, ale aj malá pekáreň s čerstvým pečivom. Keby niečo - necelých 200m je poliklinika. Dovolenka nám vyšla super, aj počasie - odporúčam hlavne rodinám s deťmi.

Wybrany apartament moim zdaniem w pełni odpowiadał opisowi z oferty. Po przyjeździe na miejsce przywitali nas bardzo serdecznie właściciele obiektu z którymi można było się swobodnie porozumieć nawet nie znając biegle języka angielskiego. Mieszkanie sprawiło bardzo pozytywne wrażenie, było czyste, dobrze umeblowane i wyposażone. Największe jednak wrażenie zrobił taras do wyłącznego użytku gości tego apartamentu z widokiem na miasteczko, morze i góry. Z zakwaterowania było blisko na plażę i do centrum miasta, przejście tam spacerowym krokiem zajmowało około 10 minut. Serdecznie polecam tą miejscowość, która nie pozwala na nudę, wszystkim którzy szukają wypoczynku, osobom młodym, a także rodzinom z małymi dziećmi.
