Closed and secure parking with a private parking space is available.The apartment consists of a living room overlooking the terrace with a double sofa bed and a kitchenette (washing machine, mini oven, 1 plate with 2 lights), a bedroom with 2 bunk beds for 1 person, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.Direct access on foot to coves and small beaches: 50 meters.Access to the city centre of Collioure : 2 km.Access to Collioure station: 2.4 kilometres.Retail trade : LIDL : 400 meters.Optional extra services: linen is not provided but it is possible to book it in advance and to collect it at the key-collection (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/ single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and small towel: 8.00 €).- High chair rental : 15 € week- Baby cot rental : 15 € week- Wi-Fi rental box : 39 € weekThe rental must be made clean and in good condition.
