We appreciate you following our recommendations to help keep the house cool, and we understand how frustrating warm indoor temperatures can be, especially at night. We are monitoring the system to ensure it's operating properly and ways we can improve it's performance with the higher temps the area now has in summer. Hello Brian, Thank you for letting us know about the concerns here. I have shared the information with housekeeping and am certain they will be more diligent in cleaning. They are supposed to leave 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, if I had known when you arrived we would've been glad to bring you additional toilet paper. Hi Angie, Thank you for your helpful feedback! Housekeeping mentioned you had arrived just as they were finishing up and how kind you were as they were departing. Unfortunately, the guests that departed on the morning of your arrival had left later than expected, delaying the housekeeper's start. The home is not pet friendly and smoking is not allowed, I'm not sure what the odor may have been from other than the plumbing was recently worked on to replace the irrigation system. I will make sure housekeeping checks the tub and will have them provide additional towels for guests. There are usually 2 sets per guest available. I am so please you enjoyed your visit in spite of these items. Your feedback is very helpful as we strive to have all our guests enjoy a fabulous visit!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience at the home. We are so sorry things weren't in better condition during your stay. I assure you and future travelers that we have taken the necessary actions to make sure the home is comfortable and in good operating condition. We have had the AC, dishwasher, and dryer serviced and all are running as expected, I apologize those items weren't noticed prior to your stay. We have also addressed the smell in the basement. We will continue to improve upon our inspections to make sure items like these aren't missed in the future. We pride ourselves in maintaining wonderful homes and providing excellent experiences for our guests, we are so sorry that wasn't the case for you folks. We do appreciate you, and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with an excellent stay at one of our many properties in the future.
