Location :

Ideally located, the L'Olvera residence celebrates the art of living and the pleasure of relaxing.
The location at 1950m, at the foot of the slopes, the quality of the top-of-the-range services of the apartments and the proximity of the shops and restaurants of Haut Valmeinier, ensure you a comfortable stay for your week in the mountains.

The cleaning service is included and cover the rental of bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.

LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN:
The apartment is composed of a living room with a lounge area, a dining room and an equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary comforts (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee maker…) This room opens onto the 21m2 balcony facing North-West

DOUBLE ROOMS:
You will find two double bedrooms, one with a 140x200 bed and the other 160x200. Each of the bedrooms faces west. One of them has its own bathroom.

SLEEPING CORNER:
A sleeping area (blind) offers 3 beds 90x190 (the high bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old).

BATHROOM / SHOWER ROOM et WC:
Finally, you will have at your disposal a bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet.

The layout of the apartment makes it ideal for accommodating two families or a group of friends (up to 7 people).

On the ground floor, you have a ski locker with boot dryer and direct access to the slopes. In the closed basement of the residence, 1 parking space is reserved for you.
