At an altitude of 1850m in the Hautes-Alpes, the family resort of Risoul welcomes you in the heart of a larch forest. <br><br>Its ski area, the Forêt Blanche, culminates at an altitude of 2750m. You can ski on the slopes of all levels by alternating slopes on the peaks and in the larch forest. In case of breakage and/or damage, please declare it within 24 hours in order to see the modalities with the owners.<br>This cheque will be returned to you at the time of the inventory of fixtures at the end of the tenancy (if no breakage or damage is observed).<br><br>Cleaning is not included and is the responsibility of the tenant.<br>A cleaning deposit of 90 euros will be required when you enter the apartment, and will be returned to you when you leave if you return an immaculate accommodation (apartment tidy and cleaned, duvets, blankets and pillows put away, all the dishes clean and tidy, fridge and dishwasher emptied, empty and deposit your bins in the outdoor containers located at the bottom of the residence).<br><br>Apartment in perfect condition.
