Excellent place to stay

Good security and right beside a variety of restaurants. Parking available for a hire car. Kasalta is 3 minutes walk away for all your bakery needs. Pirilo the same and walgreens is 24/7 The accomodation is up market and has a washer dryer as you're so near the beach. Sometimes the Acapulco band can be heard from the restaurant 50 metres away. Good Wifi and a generator means no power cuts. This is spot on and we made use af some of the little quirky place up Loiza. Thank you so much to our hosts.

Great apartment at busy/noisy location

Pros: The apartment sits in an amazing private location between Calle Loiza and Calle McLeary with dozens of options for food, drink, and shopping. The apartment seems recently renovated, is comfortable, and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. It includes a parking spot inside the building premises, and all the kitchen esssentials; with coffee machine (and coffee pods) includes. The apartment has tons of nice art pieces ranging from: paintings, ceramics, postera, and more. Big TV with Roku, and solid wifi top make it simple to catch up on your shows. Building has an elevator as well. Cons: During the first few days, we had some issues with an A/C unit ajd a small leak, but the owners were quick to reapond and resolve both issues. The streets around the building get busy and loud, so beware if you're light sleeper. We tavled with our baby and the noise machine was a savior. Overall: A great stay that I would come back to and recommend.

Very clean and cozy little apartment very good restaurants. Bocca and burgers & mayo were our favorites. Very convenient location (close to beach, old town, airport, etc.)

Perfect stay

This location checked all the boxes for a work trip though it wasn’t clear to me in the listing that the apartment was so close to Calle Loiza. Normally, that would be cool but I was working so I was hoping it was closer to Ocean Park. That said, it was everything I needed for this trip and appreciate the rapid response from the host to some minor issues that were fixes promptly. Security was on point, ease of entry was great and the apartment is very nice. Thank you.

Amazing Apartment!

Me and my fiancée stayed in this apartment for a week. The apartment was beautiful and clean. Lots of places to eat around the area, probably all within a 5 block radius. And also just a few minutes walk away from the beach! Awesome awesome place and safe. Kris was very helpful whenever I had any questions or issues. Would 100% book again

Perfect Getaway

Great location within easy walking distance to restaurants, beach, grocery, and bus stop to Old San Juan. Clean and modern apartment with all the comforts of home and off street parking. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful!

We loved this apartment. It provided so many extra amenities and was in a great location, close to lots of restaurants and only a 10 minute walk from the beach. 10/10, would recommend for sure!
