Townhome, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 2-6) Absolutly no more than 6 people.

My 1600 sq. ft. Florida style townhouse/condo has 1 balcony viewing the best Gulf Coast for beautiful moon lit nights and long sunny day's on Sunshine Beach. This townhouse/condo is 2 stories on the 4th and 5th floors facing the beach. Their is an elevator. On the main floor is a full kitchen, dining room, living room combo with access to the balcony for beach viewing. What a wonderful veiw this is! Also on the main floor is a 1/2 bath.

On the second floor there is 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a walk in laundry room. We have a wonderful pool which over looks the inter-coastal water. Where you can swim in the pool and watch the seagulls pass you by. This condo is in walking distance to (same side of street)a Publix's grocery store. Key lime pie at this grocery store is to die for.

1 1/2 miles north of the condo is an area called John's Pass. John's Pass has everything you need for a vacation while in Florida. Shopping, resturants, water sports of all kinds and much more. We are 30 mins. west of Tampa airport, 1 hour and 20 mins. from Disney, (which isn't a bad drive at all. My condo is also 5 minutes north of St. Petersburg. You can't find a more central area than Treasure Island, Fl.

If you fly into Tampa and you don't want to rent a car, take the airport limouzine buss shuttle service that will drop you and your luggage off right to my parking lot for a small fee. A 30 minute trip, 24 hour service that the Tampa airport offers. Book ahead when you make your flight arrangements. Treasure Island offers trolley service around Treasure Island also. This is what I call easy!!!

My husband and I bought this condo in 1995 and love it. Our 30 and 17 year old love it as well. Our grandkids think this condo is heaven, well from a kids point of view anyway. With every business adventure we take and offer, we try to give the best value for your dollar on the market. We offer complete honesty, caring and dependability to every renter. Why Sue Meyer chose Florida Central West

I vacationed in this area with my parents when I was 15 years old. I fell in love with this area because of it's simplicity, and said one day I would return. We have vacationed at my husband's friend's condo for a few years and when the condo next door was for sale so we bought it. The beach was and is the biggest beach that I've ever seen, and the sand is so white. Can you just imagine digging your toe's in the sand on your beach towel listening to the waves hit the shore? The sun is so warm hitting you. Do you know where your flip flops are? My condo is so close to the beach that you don't need a car to get there. Walking to everything is convenient and recommended. When you have kid's, and everything you do, you don't need inconviences. This area is as simple and beautiful as it gets. The new Publix's grocery store is one block away, how easy is that! The pool over looks the inter coastal water is sweet. Lay on your raft and watch the seagulls pass by, and do nothing. I can't be at this condo on the beach as much as I would like, so, I would like to share it with you. Everyone need's to relax as much as possible, it's what we work so hard for. This condo is in a layed back area, nice and relaxing!

What makes this condo unique

Our condo complex (Gulf to Bay Lagoons) doesn't have alot of amenities other than a pool. Isn't the beach what your coming to Florida for? I call my condo my home base. Out side of the condo complex you have everything you can think of doing, busy, busy! Returning to the condo say's to me, slow down and relax. It doesn't have alot of people traffic on our complex. At some point on your vacation you need to slow down to feel it's going to last longer. This is the place for you. My condo is all open, light in color and it has a feeling of tranquility and a view of the beach and sunset to die for. You can see everything and everyone from my patio on the fourth floor. From watching dolphins in the early morning to watching weddings at sunset, you see it all!!! My condo is also close to John's Pass just 1 1/2 miles north of the condo. You can do everything like parasailing, deep sea fishing, a four hour cruise, jey skii, rent a boat, restaurants, mega shopping and tiki bar's for night time entertainment. Also in the area is, miniture golf, fast food, a candy store, Publix's grocery store, Chocolate by Joe in St.Pete's, ice cream shops a board walk, more tiki bars, and other restaurants, a Cuban sandwich shop(the best) and lot's of little Florida souvenir shops. It's also 5 min. north of St.Pete's beach and 1 1/2 hour from Disney, 30 min. from Tampa airport. My condo is pretty central to alot of fun things to do. ENJOY!!!

Relaxing Vacation!

This was our 4th stay in Sues Condo and we plan to keep returning. The location is perfect! The condo has everything we need. Tons of space. The Ocean View!! This works perfect for my sister and our kids, our parents have joined us on two occasions. We spend our days at the pool or beach and our nights venturing out for dinner. Everything is right there. Cant say enough good things. Thank you Sue for sharing your Condo!!

Everything you need and plenty of room, had that feeling of home to it.

Was very happy with our choice in staying at this condo. Its on the main strip and right across the street from the beach, gorgeous view, and beautiful pool with a view of the bay as well. Close to stores, restaurants and shopping. Everything you need was provided, it was spacious and we had a perfectly enjoyable stay! We will definitely be back again, and are looking forward to it! Thanks for providing all the comforts of home for me and my family, this was by far our BEST vacation!

Amazing stay

We rented Sue's condo for a week in December 2016 and it was amazing! Great location, unit was exactly as described (there were actually a few upgrades since the photos were taken) and it had everything we need to feel at home. Sue was responsive and even helped ensure we had everything our two young kids needed. Would highly recommend her unit and would be happy to rent from Sue again.

Great location and well stocked/taken care of.

My family truly enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect and the condo was well stocked with useful items. The owner and her team really look after the property it was very clean and well maintained. Our only negative thought was not being able to turn the A/C below 75, for our stay it was okay but any warmer and we would have been uncomfortable.

Awful experience! Not very clean, food left in kitchen from previous guest, owner didn't pay electric bill! We had no electricity or a/c! Then during a rainstorm, one of the windows blew in and shattered glass all over the bedroom! Luckily my daughter wasn't in bed yet. The other bedroom window was shaking and master bedroom window was already duct-taped shut! She promised to reimburse some of the rent, due to circumstances. However she hasn't followed through on it! On our last day, cleaning lady showed up knocking on door at 7:30 am. Then she barged in and told us to get out because she needed to clean! We called Sue and she said we had to be out by 10:00 am. We packed up as quickly as possible... left the condo at 10:05 am. But she called the police on us and had an officer there waiting! I do NOT recommend this condo! Horrible experience. Run down condo. Unsafe conditions!

Owner's Response: I can hardly believe what I'm reading. First my cleaning lady contacted me by phone at 9:00 am on the Saturday morning and said she was having a hard time getting these 10 people to leave. Renter said she wasn't ready yet. The renter wanted to stay until noon. The renter also said I said it was ok. NOT! My cleaning lady needs at least 5 hours to clean before the next renter. My check out time is 9:00 am on Saturdays not noon. My limit of people in my condo is 6 not 10 people. When you steel or lie karma always has a way of getting you back. About the window. Renter said the storm blew out the window, again, NOT! The glass was on the outside of the cat walk outside, not in the condo. I would say one of her teenagers broke it. We had had a storm that blew out the electricity and the renter blamed me for not paying my bill. LIE AGAIN! The renter was mad that I called the police, but how else was I to get them out of my condo when they said they wouldn't leave. Well I did call the police because by 11:00 she was still there! This is the first time I've had to do such a thing and hopefully it's my last. Made me sick to call the police. I normally have the best renters ever. I try to give the best deal on vrbo/Homeaway. I suppose there is always going to be a bad apple somewhere. Thank-you for reading my response. Have a wonderful day :)
