Beautiful area

Tipsey Turtle had everything we needed for our week at the beach. This was our first visit to Cape San Blas. It is a family friendly area that we hope to visit again.

GREAT PLACE!! Our second year in a row!!

We love the Typsy Turtle it is fantastic!!! It would be even more awesome if the master bed got a refresh it is a little worn. We love this property and will return!!

Property was as described and met our family’s needs. Nice location with gulf view and direct path to the beach. Would stay here again and would recommend.

perfect location

my husband and our shih tzus stayed for 3 nights, amazing unit! on one side of unit is beach view and on other pickle ball courts and pool. short walk to all! very family friendly atmosphere. property is gated. owner is very responsive and accommodating. i would love to stay again, hopefully in near future!

Great time

We had a wonderful time at Tipsy Turtle. Location is great. Beautiful view, clean, and as described. Property managers are very responsive. We had an issue occur in the evening with the AC and they immediately responded and took care of the problem. We will be back.

Great week at the beach!

Barrier Dunes is a great spot. We will absolutely return again. The Tipsy Turtle was a good, solid condo rental for my kids and I. Plenty of space, perfect spot for easy beach and pool access and beautiful views off the back porch. The neighborhood is super friendly and felt very safe. The kids and I loved our week at the beach here. Only one small complaint - the beds aren't the most comfortable and deff bring your own pillows.

We understand bed comfort is subjective to individual preferences but we're really sorry you guys weren't comfortable for your stay. Great location but unit needs a deep cleaning

The location is wonderful! Literally steps from the beach. The “resort amenities” are very dated. The unit is in desperate need a deep clean and better sheets.

Hi Stafford, We understand from all of your emails that it was your first visit to the Cape and that maybe the old Florida feel isn't for everyone. Barrier Dunes has two pools, a playground and pickle ball/ tennis courts right outside Tipsy Turtles front door with obviously the beach out the back door. We're so glad you enjoyed that. We assume you said we needed a deep clean because of the palmetto bug you sent us a picture of. Unfortunately, they are part of life down and we were happy to have the HOA bug man out to help with that first thing that morning and will apologize again as we do our best not to have any of our guests bothered by critters during their stay. Great stay!

We really enjoyed our week. We had everything we needed. We knew to bring some things with us because check in instructions were very clear and detailed. I love my bag from the owner! Such a sweet thing to take time to make them for your guests. We hope to be back soon!

SB 2024

Our second year in a row booking this unit. Location is great! The unit is well equipped! We love that it has 2 queen beds in the second bedroom. Cable Tv was great! Little things like the best beach supply closet of anywhere, hair dryer, spices and other provided kitchen items, etc! We hope to keep returning to this place!
