About this property

"TIPHAINE" Room (for 2–3 people), pool, large, fenced-in yard, trampoline

The accommodation we offer is located in a pleasant setting in the countryside with on site in the heart of our small park: communal heated swimming pool (open from mid-May to September inclusive) to share with our 2/4p cottage and our 2nd guest room, trampoline, petanque game and barbecue.

Our guest room is now rented in free management. There is no breakfast included.
A kitchen on the first floor is available to our guests with an oven, fridge, microwave, hob, dining table, on the same level as the pool and the garden.
COMMUNAL OUTDOOR BARBECUE.

The bathroom in this room includes a shower and a bathtub.

Our tenants benefit from an ideal position to visit the lower Ardèche, the Cévennes or the Ardèche Mountains. All cultural, sporting and leisure activities within a radius of 20km.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
