The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook a delicious meal, including an electric stove, an oven and a microwave.

There are three bedrooms, and all three contain a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a shower, a bathtub, a toilet, and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room.

Nevers is a charming central France city with many attractions and activities. From the historic Palais ducal de Nevers to the beautiful Nevers Cathedral and Bernadette Soubirous Nevers, there is something for everyone to explore. Visitors can also stroll through the peaceful Parc Roger Salengro or admire the wonders of the Musée municipal Frédéric Blandin. For those looking to take in the city's natural beauty, the Parc Rosa Bonheur and Porte de Paris are not to be missed.

Getting around is easy, with Nevers Station just a 14-minute walk away and Nevers le Banlay 1.9 km away. When you're ready for a bite to eat, head to one of the many restaurants and bars, such as Le Lord or Domino's Pizza Nevers, or visit one of the cafes, like Patàpain. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
