Residence of 14 apartments, place called "LA PERRIÈRE", near the swimming pool (closed for work in summer 2024 and winter 2025 no date of reopening known to date), shops, 150 m from the ski slopes of the Bossonnet (ESF Assembly). Quiet, beautiful view of the Aravis.
Accommodation: 2 rooms + sleeping area / 4-6 people / 2nd floor (without elevator) / South / 34.50m² / classification *** 4 people / Bat B - Entrance with sleeping area (5.97 m²): separated from the living room by a door, 2 bunk beds Cover (top bed prohibited - 6 years old) - Bathroom (2.24 m²): bathtub, sink - Independent WC (1.24 m²) - Living room (13.92 m²): sofa bed for 2 people, blanket, TV, bay window and French window onto south-facing balcony with garden furniture with mountain view - Kitchen area (2.59 m²): electric hob, combined oven + microwave, fridge (104L), DISHWASHER - Bedroom (8.28 m²): double bed (140), blanket, bay window and French window onto south balcony, mountain view. Ski locker GARAGE 1 space (Width 2.40m, Height 2m and depth 5m) entrance under building C Electric heating with floor base. Animals admitted with supplement and agreement from the agency.
