A tan sólo unos pasos de la playa, disfrute de Playa del Carmen desde su condo completamente amueblado de 3 habitaciones. Disfrute de la belleza de playa mientras mira los ferrys o mientras toma una bebida cuando se asolea en su terraza de 400 pies cuadrados. Este condo de 3 habitaciones cuenta con 3 camas tamaño Queen, 3 baños, WIFI y vista al mar.



¡Ésta locación es insuperable! Ya que cuenta con una amplia playa, a tan sólo una cuadra de la famosa Quinta avenida, las residencias El Faro tienen una de las ubicaciones más deseadas en Playa del Carmen. No es posible estar mejor ubicado y tener todo este confort. Todo lo que usted puede necesitar está a en un radio de 3 cuadras, pero claro que hay mucho más si usted se aventura a conocer más allá.



Este complejo incluye seguridad 24 horas, atención a huéspedes durante el día diariamente, con servicio de concierge para pedir taxis y tours. Cuenta con gimnasio, alberca y camastros. Es una excelente opción por su proximidad a bares, beach clubs, restaurantes y lavanderías de autoservicio.



- Tenga en cuenta que "El Faro Residences" se encuentra en una zona turística; por lo que puede haber ruido, especialmente durante las vacaciones, ya que están permitidos por las autoridades en horarios legales.

Excellent location! Lovely apartment.

Excellent location! Lovely apartment. This was an excellent stay. The property has a beautiful pool that was cleaned every day and the apartment was spotless. Everything was clean and in good repair with a lovely view of the ocean and pool. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the place to stay in PDC

Location and view. Good A/C. Less than 10 minute walk to most restaurants. No nightclub noise. Easy checkin and checkout. Guy working the front door (don’t remember his name) was great. Right on top of everything for helping with luggage, bringing groceries in and asking if we needed an umbrella the moment coming to the pool. He received tips. Unfortunately he was only working the pool area one day. Definitely recommend this place

Excellent location! Lovely apartment.

This was an excellent stay. The property has a beautiful pool that was cleaned every day and the apartment was spotless. Everything was clean and in good repair with a lovely view of the ocean and pool. I would definitely stay here again.

Christmas vacation

We had a great time. Locatio Was perfect. Close to grocery store, shipping and plenty of restaurants. Pool area was great and unit was clean and very well suited to our needs.

Great condo great location!

We were three women, so each of us having our own bedroom and bathroom was ideal. The condo and grounds were very nice and well maintained. The staff from the shuttle driver to the pool attendants were all very kind and attentive. Gustavo was also very helpful. The ability to have groceries waiting for us when we arrived was great since we arrived at night. The kitchen was pretty well appointed with dishes and utensils. The only issue we had was not being able to use the dishwasher. We realized that there wasn't any detergent in the condo after we had it fully loaded, and we could not find anywhere that sold it. The host might just want to mention for guests to bring it with them. We had a great time, and would highly recommend taking a tour to Tulum to visit the Mayan ruins and also snorkel in the cenotes. We took the ferry to Cozumel for the day and enjoyed that also. We will definitely return for another stay!

El Faro in general is wonderful. We've had the opportunity to stay in several different units over the years and Surf 405 is one of the best. Highly recommended.

El Faro

We had a great stay at El Faro. The condo was perfect, with great views from the balcony. It was conveniently located next to the elevator, with stairs also available. The staff at the front desk and around the pool area were always friendly and helpful. An added bonus was having filtered water on tap. We definitely plan to return and stay at this El Faro condo which turned out to be our favorite among the several El Faro units we have stayed in. We love all of El Far0 and especially this conod !

Outdoor area clean and secure. We loved that we could be a the pool by the beach. Apartment was adequate for our needs Kitchen could have been a little better equipped but when we asked for a sponge and cleaning rags and measuring utensils they were delivered quickly. Still need a cookie sheet and pans that sit flat on the stove and a new can opener. The sheets were not sized well for all the beds. We took one of three foam pads off of one of the beds so that the fitted sheet would stay on during sleep. One of the other beds had a similar problem. Since we were there for a month a few extra trash bags would have been helpful as well as wash rags and a few extra towels for bathing. Otherwise it was very good.

First stay in Playa Del Carmen

We are a family of four. Our kids are 19 and 16 and it was their first trip outside the United States. The condo was very clean and very spacious. Everyone loved the pool area and the views were incredible. The area around the condo was great! There was lots of light life, restaurants and bars a block up the street.

Great time at El Faro

Location was exactly what we were looking for… very quiet for the area (clubs). The pool was excellent. The patio was very spacious and accommodated our group of 5 easily while we enjoyed beverages to a few thunderstorms. The beach was clean of seaweed though the water was brownish (but expected now in PDC). AC was super cool. We only had issue with one toilet in the condo (big flush) that we notified the front desk with and was quick to respond (though we were out when they arrived). The Safes were a bit complicated to work so we asked for the key at the front desk. Check in and out was quick and easy. Staff very nice and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Location

Loved this location and complex. Close and walkable to everything on 5th. Saul at the property management was fast and easy and super helpful. My only gripe is the bath towels need replacing pronto. Would stay again!

Great location & great service!

We really enjoyed this large condo, especially the huge deck looking over the beach. The kitchen, dining area, and living room had been recently remodeled, complete with filtered water and new appliances. All 3 full bathrooms were very spacious. When we arrived, there was a tasty snack basket waiting for us. Our condo comes with 2 cleanings, and the concierge was SUPER helpful and attentive.
