The delightful home includes a street-legal 6-seater golf cart for quick trips to the beach via the Ed Walline Beach Access, Gulfview Heights Beach Access, Dune Allen / Fort Panic Beach Access, or ride one of the 4 bikes. Super convenient, and always fun.

The two primary suites help make this a perfect home for multiple families. There’s one on each floor, both with kings, double vanities, and luxurious showers. The two additional guest bedrooms, queens, have private bathrooms, as does the bunk room.

Beautiful

This home is beautiful. It met all of our needs. Bedrooms are perfect size with a main floor master and a 2nd floor master. Pool is perfect and golf cart is always a welcome bonus. The reason the the 4 stars on cleanliness is due partially to the previous guests (they didn’t empty their trash) and the cleaning crew who also did not empty the trash, clean the coffee maker or clean the microwave. All very minor issues. We would definitely choose this house again!!

Amazing Place!

We loved our stay at Southern Comfort! We had 4 adults and 3 kids and had more than ample space for all of us to spread out. The kids loved the pool and having a golf cart to drive the short drive back and forth to the beach and restaurants is so convenient! The place was super clean and stocked with anything you could need. Kids loved the pool! We love staying in this area but this is by far our favorite place we’ve stayed so far!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our family had a great stay. There were some small inconveniences however. We had to call several times about getting a kitchen trash bag as one wasn't provided initially. We even had to purchase some from the store as they didn't arrive until late afternoon on the second day even though we were assurred they'd be sent the first day. Our keypad battery died and we were locked out of the house for a while. The house has very little insulation. You can hear a toilet flush from upstairs and the slightest cough. The house was located in a great neighborhood and had wonderful ammenities. Great kitchen, smart TVs throughout, and a great patio/pool area. I'd recommend paying the extra for the heated pool in the cooler months. Overall, happy with the stay

Short family/ friend vacation.

We absolutely loved this home and location. Having our own pool was so nice especially with two 10 yr old boys. The location was perfect and beach access was easy especially with bikes and golf cart. The house was exactly as described and spacious with each of us having our own bathrooms. We loved all the extras in this home that are not mentioned like family games, book of info by owners, and beach chairs/ pails. Seaside was close enough to drive in golf cart. Our favorite place to vacation so far.

The kitchen was well equipped for a large group, especially the huge refrigerator and all the counter space and the island for dining which left the actual dining table free for games. It's a lovely house with plenty of space to spread out and everything was in great condition. We knew the pool was small but the grandkids loved it and it was so convenient to have it right there. The golf cart was also very convenient, although the beach is in walking distance if you're not carrying a lot of gear. Staffing for housekeeping is still a problem but this year the house was ready by 5. Oversee responded right away to a minor problem and we would definitely rent from them again.

Beautiful house with the best equipped kitchen. Appreciated the huge refrigerator and all the counter space. The pool is small but our grand-daughters loved it and the adults loved the convenience of having it right there. The house is spacious, has lots of seating and is very conveniently located. We appreciate the attention to detail like soft close drawers and cabinets, shower wands and tons of storage. The pool is a bit smaller than expected but that was easily offset by the unexpected high ceiling and spacious layout. The house is clean, the beds and furniture are comfortable. I was overjoyed to find a powerful vacuum tucked away into a closet for those times when the kids bring too much sand back from the beach. Oh and the chef’s kitchen is amazing! The property managers responded QUICKLY to any concerns or questions I had and even sent DirectTV out to troubleshoot an issue with the outdoor TV remote. The location is perfect, close to everything but secluded enough to avoid 30a’s traffic. The neighborhood is quiet (even with ongoing construction) and plenty of parking available. We fit 4 vehicles (3 suvs, 1 coupe) easily. We’re definitely adding this house to our “revisit” list of beach homes.

The golf cart was a necessity to get to the beach so this was very much appreciated!! My concerns were related to checkin and cleanliness. We were not able to get into the house until after 5 because the cleaning crew was still there. We had to sit in the driveway until they finished. I’m sure they were trying to hurry and it showed. We didn’t have trash bags in the trash cans, towels were not stocked in every room, hand soap was not in each bathroom. I do not think the floors were mopped. There was sand all over and especially in the corners of the stairs. It just looked like there was a lack of attention to details. Despite this, the lady cleaning was apologetic and friendly.

The area is very nice - delicious and fun restaurants and the beach is beautiful with nearby access.

Simply amazing

This property is amazing to say the least! From taking our first steps through the property and seeing the attention to detail that was put into building this home was amazing. The location was awesome, the size and amenities in the property was great, and not to mention the kitchen of your dreams. We plan to return to this home next year and stay a whole week, this time we only stayed 4 days. Thank you for keeping this property clean and up to date... it felt like home!

Best rental on 30A

I just got home from a amazing trip with 8 of my girlfriends. This group has been going to the beach every year for the past 30 years. This year our rental of this property was perfection. I can’t go on enough about this house...and believe me we have stayed in some that can’t hold a candle to this jewel. The owner of this property has thought of everything and even put it all in a book. Everything to do with how the house is set up...to eating ideas on each section of 30A. It absolutely beautifully decorated. The beds are perfect comfy and cozy. The kitchen has everything and you feel like a gourmet cook with the stove and biggest refrigerator ever...only tiny complaint is a good ice source.....but hey just be prepared to get bags of ice for coolers!! The pool is a perfect size to hang out and the outdoor furniture with TV and grill once again spot on!!! Golf cart...fully equipped garage with chairs....games.and a map telling you how far each area of 30A is and what to expect with charging the golf cart....I’m mean...who thinks of all this!!! So we unanimously voted to book this house again for next year. I also have to give a shout out to the property manager and staff. They were promptly there when we couldn’t get the code to work. She also stayed in touch by texting to every question we had. So 10 out of 10...I say yes...plus a bonus. Do yourself a favor and check out the calendar and BOOK THIS PLACE!!!! Don’t hesitate..you won’t be disappointed

The location is quiet and the beach is just a few minutes away by golf cart. There was room for our entire party to spread out or come together as we liked. The house is stunning and well appointed. It is a design magazine come to life. The owners provided a book with instructions on all of the amenities, recommendations on local restaurants, and even menus. Oversee was excellent and I wouldn't rent from anywhere else. Can't imagine staying anywhere else in the future.
