We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, this charming new house of a surface of 160 m ² and being able to accomodate until 8 travellers.
It is composed of a nice living room of 69 m², an equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 800 m².

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- A living room of 69 m² with TV, sofa, dining area and fireplace.
- An open kitchen equipped with: American refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, cooking plates, coffee machine with integrated grinder, electric kettle, toaster...
- A bedroom with a double bed opening onto a terrace.
- A bathroom with shower.
- A separate toilet.
- A laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

On the first floor :
- Room 2 : double bed
- Room 3 : double bed
- Room 4 : two single beds
All beds can be assembled in queen-size configuration (160x200) or separated into single beds (80x200) according to your request.
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- A separate toilet.

Outside :
- A large terrace of 52 m² facing south with outdoor furniture, Weber gas barbecue with plancha to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A beautiful garden of 500 m2 in the prolongation of the terrace opening on the countryside assures you an absolute peace.

The house is also equipped with a high chair, a baby bed, a changing table, an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- The beach and "le point plage" (structure which proposes all the aquatic sports activities: paddle, surfing, J80, catamaran courses and supervised outings at sea) are very close. The large beach is 2 km long, perfectly adapted for walks, jogging and family outings.
- In the surroundings, an unmissable stop on the Emerald Coast: the Cap Fréhel, to the west, an impressive site classified as an ornithological reserve, whose cliffs dominate the sea by 70 meters.
- Not far from there, take the time to stop at the castle of Fort la Latte, built in the 14th century on a rocky cape, which majestically overlooks the Channel Sea.

- Formerly a corsair city, the fortified city of Saint-Malo is built on a rock. With its magnificent ramparts, it offers a magnificent panorama on the sea and the Channel Islands, Jersey, Guernsey and Sark. If the tour of the ramparts is a must, the city of Robert Surcouf and Jacques Cartier is not to be outdone either with its
with its picturesque cobbled streets, its rich shipowners' houses and its castle, whose dungeon houses the Museum of History of the City and the Malouin Country. In Saint-Malo, you will attend live the high tides or the departure of the Route du Rhum, reach at low tide the National Fort built according to the plans of Vauban, discover the tomb of Chateaubriand located on the islet of Grand Bé, tour the bay of Saint-Malo in a boat tour...
- In Dinan the medieval, city of Art and History, take time to walk in the alleys, to visit the feudal castle, to admire the houses with wood sides and the beautiful religious buildings.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park in front of the house on a parking lot closed by a sliding gate that can accommodate 3 to 4 vehicles.
As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful
useful:
- Nearest train station: Plancoët train station located about 20 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard airport located about 30 minutes away by car.

Other remarks:
- This house can be rented with another adjoining but independent house bringing the sleeping capacity to 14 persons.
- Children can enjoy a playground equipped with swings and a slide, while older children will appreciate the pétanque court for fun times with family or friends.
- Sheets and towels included.
- Free Wifi available.
- The fireplace is functional, some wood is provided upon arrival.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
