Budget friendly

Great property to stay at on a budget. The house is a little dated but it worked perfectly for our weekend trip. It was close to the expo center in a safe neighborhood. We would definitely consider staying again if we are in the area.

Just what we needed

We were in town for a horse show. It was close to the Expo Center. Layout of the house was roomy and it was clean. Only wish was for a bigger bathroom. Great communication from Ryan.

Trip to Tulsa

This was my first experience with Vrbo. Using the web site was easy. Made contact with the owner of the property and everything went very well. I would use him again if visiting Tulsa.

Good house

Nice house. Kitchen could be a little more stocked for those planning on cooking. We were only provided three bath towels and no kitchen towels. Neighbors cars parked all along the road made it difficult to back out.

Weekend Getaway

I wouldn't give it a 5 star review, only because the backyard was not mowed or cleaned up. Both my friend and I brought our dogs and we didn't feel safe having them run around the backyard due to the grass being high and a lot of trash. The yard just wasn't kept up.

We stayed at the property while we were attending the Tulsa fair stock show. The property is within minutes of the fairgrounds and had a Walmart neighborhood Market, Target, Lowes, and several eating places close by. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible. The property did allow pets, which was great. The negatives of the property were that it advertises a fenced in backyard, but the west fence is laying half way on the ground and has a 2 1/2 foot hole in the fence. So, we couldn’t just let them out to go to the bathroom. We had to stand at that hole so they didn’t go through it. Another negative that my wife and I found unnerving, is that there is a Siri or Alexa type device in the living room on a desk and she had made the comment that morning that the grass was tall and we had to dry the dogs feet and belly before they came in of a morning. That evening when we came back to the rental, what do you know, the grass was mowed and after they mowed the grass the walk gate was left open and one of our dog got out of the back yard. Luckily, because we had to stand at the huge hole in the fence we were able to catch him before he made it to the street. The last night we stayed at the property, I woke up in the early morning, because it had gotten hot in the house and found the thermostat turned up to 85 degrees. None of the three of us had touched the thermostat before we went to bed that night. Thermostat from what I can tell can be cintr

I was in the home about 30 minutes to make a hotel reservation. The neighborhood of the home was not desirable, very unkept and junky. This house was the nicest one in the neighborhood. When you arrive to the house there is a sign that says this home is under video surveillance. A couple of minor changes would be to replace all the blinds on the windows so they cover the entire windows, especially in the bathroom where there is no privacy glass, and tighten up the toilet seat. The furnishings were beautiful. The beds and room sizes were nice. It has older home charms. You can’t pick your neighbors, I know but I it was not a good fit for my family.

Comfortable Pet Friendly Stay

My husband and I routinely like to get away for a weekend with our 2 well mannered small dogs and many places will charge excessive fees for this luxury. We always clean up (and we understand that maybe that is not always the case), but this listing caught my eye in that there was no big “cleaning list” and no extra fees. I also appreciated that there were no big area rugs because as a dog owner I know that if my dog smells where other dogs have been even the very best trained dog might want to mark so I really dislike rugs. This home had plenty of space for us, a good coffee maker, everything we needed in the kitchen, comfortable furniture and the dogs enjoyed doing their business in the backyard area. It was also handy for us to go to restaurants and/or casinos… just 10 to 15 minutes to some of our favorite spots. We just set up the doggie playpen in the large living area so they were safe and contained and we got to have an adventure of our own. Ryan sent emails so I knew if I did have an issue I could reach out.

Darling house, great location

We were in town for a horse show at the expo center. The house was a little over a half a mile away so the location was perfect. The house is absolutely darling, completely remodeled, and the beds are extremely comfortable! Love the backyard for our little dogs. I am definitely going to book this house every year for this show!

Great little place!

This place was absolutely perfect for what we needed! We travel to Tulsa every year for our family reunion. It’s in an older, quiet neighborhood. The area surrounding the neighborhood was a little sketchy, but the neighborhood was nice and quiet through the whole weekend. Now for a little about the house. The beds were amazing!! I haven’t slept that good in a long time! It had mattress covers, so I wasn’t able to get the name of the mattress, and that saddens me a little, because I really want to buy one of those now, but it makes me happy to know it had protectors as well. Lol. The living room furniture is a little on the small side, which was perfect for me, because I’m short, but not as great for my really tall husband. Bathroom is a little snug as well, but cute and super clean. The backyard is nice. My sister hid out there to read her book in the morning when it wasn’t quite so hot. If you’re staying in the summer months, I do recommend you bring a fan, because it was over 100 degrees and the ac was struggling to keep it cool, but with fans helping to circulate, it was comfortable. I love the ceiling fans. They worked really good! I had one issue with a dining room chair when we first got there, but the property owner was really nice and communicated with me quickly, and professionally, even though he was traveling as well. I look forward to staying here again next year!
