One of the worst hotel experiences of all time
The owner of the property and I spoke before making a reservation and he ensured me that all issues will be fixed before my stay. Once I arrived at the property, there were no staff on sight expect for the security guard. They were no power and their generator wasn't working. When the power was restored, the Wi-Fi wasn't available. I asked what's going on with the Wi-Fi? they promised me that I'll have Wi-Fi connection the next day in the morning. I specifically told the owner that I was traveling for business and it's imperative for me to have access to the internet so I can do my work. The next day, the manager was not there. Only the security guard. The staff is never available at the property. The room they gave me as an A/C unit that is not working. The TV in the bedroom doesn't work. the small fan doesn't work. After dark, you deal with mosquitoes, and they don't even do an effort to deal with it. The electrical wires on the wall are exposed. The staff is unprofessional and incompetent. They always have excuses instead of making sure you have what you need and make you feel comfortable. This place is not worth the price. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here for that price. Maybe for half the price. It's not worth the money. The owner agreed to give me a voucher for two days free stay, but he tells his manager to give me one day free stay. I checked out this place and never had my Wi-Fi. Guests look for peace and mind when they travel. This place doesn't offer it.
