We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Les Angles, this charming studio with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 24 m ² and being able to accomodate until 2 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 24 m², an open kitchen equipped, a bathroom and you can enjoy a balcony facing south with a view of the lake of Matemale. We are waiting for you!
Work is currently underway to completely renovate the building, with external insulation.

The housing is composed as follows:
- A living room of 24 m² with TV, two double sofa beds and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, pod coffee maker...
- A bathroom with bathtub, towel dryer and toilet.

Exterior:
- A balcony of about 3m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners decided to invest in the following additional equipment: hairdryer, electric room fragrance, a card game, a plaid, and a high chair for babies.

Neighborhood:
The accommodation is located in a quiet and pleasant area with a view of the mountains and the lake, close to the slopes and all amenities: bakery, butcher's shop, convenience store, stores, restaurants, bars, market... Drop your car, you can do everything on foot!
