Just 300 metres from the main beach, in the heart of Saint-Brevin-l'Océan, the Villa "Les Pins" benefits from an exceptional location: you are just a few steps away from shops, the market, restaurants, bars, the casino and summer entertainment.



This 166 m² seaside house is set on a pleasant enclosed and shaded plot bordered by pine trees. It can comfortably accommodate up to 11 people, with its 5 bedrooms, and is an ideal place to share a holiday with family or friends.



The house has on the ground floor a double bedroom with a 140 bed, then on the first floor 2 double bedrooms with a 140 bed, 1 bedroom with a trundle bed and a sofa bed, then a suite with a 160 double bed with en-suite bathroom, WC and balcony.

A bathroom on the first floor and an independent ground floor shower room complete the facilities.



The independent kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances so you feel at home: induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter and capsule coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and food processors. The lounge-dining room has a smart TV and WIFI connection. Decorative fireplace not available during your stay.



To make your stay easier, you also have at your disposal a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an ironing board and iron, a fan, an air cooler and childcare equipment (travel cot, high chair and booster seat).



The enclosed plot, adorned with pine trees, offers a lovely space to relax and enjoy good times outdoors. At your disposal garden tables, chairs and benches, a small electric plancha (Barbecue not permitted) and a table tennis table.

The accommodation does not have a socket specially designed for charging electric vehicles. For safety reasons, please do not use domestic sockets and instead use a dedicated charging point.



Depending on the platform used to book your stay, a security deposit may be required in the form of a pre-authorisation on your bank card at the time of final payment. This amount will not be debited and will be automatically cancelled after your departure, provided no damage has been found.



The tourist tax is added to the rental amount and must be paid before your stay.



From Saint-Brevin, set off to discover South Estuary by bike, on foot or by car and enjoy a territory rich in landscapes and heritage.

Get on your bike and take La Vélodyssée towards Pornic.

Along the way, stop in front of the famous Serpent d'Océan, a monumental work by artist Huang Yong Ping, integrated into the Estuaire artistic route. Remember to check the tide times: the serpent appears fully at low tide!

Also take advantage of the route to discover the beaches, coves and wild landscapes that line the coast.
