Très bon accueil à l'arrivée par Maud. Très belle île mais déçu par la maison. Dans l'annonce il est stipulé 3 chambres. En réalité ce sont 2 chambres.La 3ème est une extension du salon avec un clic-clac de très mauvaise qualité (matelas très fin, on sent tous les ressorts), un simple rideau pour séparer mais surtout le seul accès arrière vers la terrasse. C'est pour moi une maison pour 4 personnes maximum ( 2 seules chaises longues) La table de jardin plastique est tachée et pas de nappe ni sets de table pour manger. Certaines prises électriques se détachent du mur, heureusement nous avions des ados responsables mais cela reste très dangereux pour de jeunes enfants.Dans la chambre d'enfant les 2 lits superposés sont de très mauvaise qualité. Il vaut mieux que celui du dessus descende avant l'autre sinon le lit risque de basculer. Il y avait une petite lampe accrochée au lit avec une énorme étiquette avertissant de ne pas mettre cette lampe près de la literie car risque d'incendie. Salle de bain vraiment basique, même pas un tapis de bain. L'étagère du wc ne tient plus. La cuisine est vraiment rudimentaire et la robinetterie est vraiment dans un mauvais état. Pas de brosse à vaisselle, pas de sacs poubelles, même pas une seule pastille de lave-vaisselle pour dépanner. Et je ne vais pas m'étaler sur la propreté du lieu. Des araignées dans tous les coins, des grains de sable dans les chambres. La barrière d'entrée est cassée. Il est temps de la rénover surtout pour la sécurité

Noirmoutier l'ile de mon enfance...

Super séjour même avec un temps mitigé. Nous avons fait le tour de l'ile avec les différente balades trouvées. Alternances entre plage bord de mer et marais.

Pelouse non tondue, c'est le voisin qui est bien gentiment venu la tondre. Les murs de la cour très noirs, un peu de karcher aurait été bienvenu. Aude de l'agence est extrêmement sympathique et efficace. Nous aurions en tout cas aimé que les extérieurs aient été entretenus pour notre arrivée.

maison agréable à vivre

Très bien située, au milieu de l'ile, on va à la mer à pied en quelques minutes. Il y a tout dans la maison, pour cuisiner, pour dormir au calme et se reposer. J'espère retourner un jour.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La location, c'est bien équipée, propre et suffisamment grande pour 4 personnes. Seul petit bémol... le portail qui mériterait de prendre une retraite bien méritée. Sinon rien à redire.
