Mission Bay Stay

Loved the location, and ease of getting in and out of the unit once you learn what you're doing. Great view from the patio. Stayed in July with 72-74 degree weather and did not need the optional AC unit. Bedroom has a good fan and window you can open, and the balcony sliding door can be left open to cool the unit. Close to the trash chute which is nice, and easy access to the bay. Only downside, is the couch is the stiffest most uncomfortable thing I've ever sat in, and the internet didn't work reliably while we were there. However you are in San Diego, so you should be spending a minimal amount of time on the couch and TV.

We had a short but sweet little stay. Everything was just like the listing. Very stylish, comfortable, and clean, with great location. Incredibly easy check in, with very detailed instructions. Highly recommend

Nancy's mission bay

Perfect location. Close to everything but away from busy city. Great sunset views across the bay. Nice having bikes to ride. Excellent restaurants within walking distance or short drive. Condo was nicely decorated with all the necessities provided. One of our top stays. within

Wish I was there

This is an excellent set up from the location and wonderful view of bay, bay beach access, condo ocean decorations and information on San Diego, gas fire place when it got chili at night , cooling fans for the one who needs it, specialty coffee, nice appliances, dbl sink and soaker tub in the bath, comfortable beds, to the bikes and beach amenities provided all made for a wonderful stay we will book again

Location!

Great location. We walked daily, rode our bikes, played pickleball at Barnes tennis center! Enjoyed views from deck of bay.Excellent kitchen, well equipped for preparing daily meals.

Perfect Getaway

We loved our time at the condo. With 2 kids, 12 and 9 this was perfect for a quick getaway. The remodeled unit was perfect for our family of 4. I appreciated how much was available for us to use while we were there. There were beach chairs, surfboards, bikes and variety of beach toys. The kids definitely took advantage and used almost everything. With the unit being right on the sand we spent a whole day just relaxing by the water. I have already recommended this exact unit to several friends and family, because of how comfortable our stay was this week.

Mission Bay Villa with Killer Views

Very clean and nicely furnished. Everything works perfectly. Great views from kitchen and living area. convenient to beach, shopping and dining but not in the middle of beach craziness. Have stayed before and will stay again.

Location was perfect for walking and provided biking. Need to map out the restaurants and grocery stores ahead of time for best results. I have to mention the bidet...it was quite wonderful. I bought one for my nephew...

Vacation with husband before work weekend

The property was very clean and nice finishes. Getting into the property takes a little more effort than most VRBOS's I've stayed in. It would be helpful if there weren't multiple codes/keys to get in. It also would have been nice to access beach from the property instead of walking down the street. Overall, we had a great time. Nice beachfront area and boardwalk and so close to everything.

Awesome Bay View!

We had a great time getting away. Great view of mission bay we enjoyed walking and biking to the boardwalk and close to many restaurants and shopping. Great kitchen to cook and have coffee.

Honeymoon Stay

My partner and I stayed at Nancy's Vacation rental for our honeymoon. Overall we loved the location of the condo. It was within walking distance to several restaurants, coffee shops, and beach locations. We enjoyed being able to sit on the patio and see the water. It was a nice touch to have access to beach chairs and bikes. While we enjoyed the location of the condo there were elements that were frustrating. In order to access the building from the garage you must use the elevator- there is no stair access directly from the garage. You also must have a key to access the elevator and garage door. Our garage key stopped working (dead battery) during our stay. I reached out to the management company who offered to fix it during our stay. I asked when this would occur and never heard back. It was fine for us to get out of the car and punch in the code each time we left the garage but I imagine for a single traveler this would have been less than ideal. Additionally, the door to the condo was challenging to open- it was pretty finicky and we had to get it *just right* in order to get the door open. Reaching out to the management company was hit or miss. Sometimes I heard back right away- other times not at all. They did call me on the last day of my stay to check in about how everything went. Overall I would recommend however these are notable issues.

The view of the bay is sensational! The unit is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, there was a plumbing problem in another unit and everyone’s water was off for almost 12 hours.

Fun San Diego weekend

We had a wonderful time in this condo. The condo is exactly as presented online, had everything we needed and is in a great location. The condo is on Sail Bay, and is less than a mile walk to Pacific Beach Boardwalk. The condo is beautiful, checkin/checkout was easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic week!

My family of four loved our stay at this well-appointed property. The location was great and close to everything we wanted to do. The view from the patio was amazing! The unit was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!
