🥨 In a warm setting, discover Alsace, its gastronomy, its great wines, and its history. Ideally located 30 minutes from 🐒 the mountain of monkeys and 🦅 from the eagle flight or 🏰 from the Haut-Koenigsbourg castle and 🎿 40 minutes from Lac Blanc ski resort or 🎡 from Parc du Petit Prince and the Ecomuseum of Alsace. Within a radius of only 20 minutes, a wealth of activities awaits you: 💃 casino, 👙 spa, ⛳ golf, 🐎 equestrian centre, 👟 hiking, 🍴 restaurants, 🍷 wineries etc.

🏠 The cottage is also an ideal starting point for exploring the Alsace wine route or discovering the Vosges massif, 🎿 its ski slopes in winter and its lakes in spring and summer. 🛋️ A large living room with equipped kitchen (oven, hob, fridge / freezer, Nespresso coffee maker), 🍽️ dining room and living room (TV with Netflix) awaits you for moments of sharing and conviviality (books and games of company available).
🌳 On sunny days, enjoy the terrace with its barbecue which will extend this living room.
🚽 A separate toilet completes the ground floor.
Upstairs you will find 🛏️ 3 bedrooms (two bedrooms with two single beds each and one bedroom with a king size bed), as well as a bathroom with 🛁 bathtub, 🚽 wc and washing machine.

🅿️The house has parking in the yard for two to three vehicles.
(Street parking is tolerated if it does not obstruct traffic and is free)

🏡 All the accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you at best during your stay:

clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel per kitchen,

Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.

However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge / freezer, the dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 60 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €120 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.

📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
