This traditional house classified as 3-star tourist accommodation is very spacious and is made up of 2 independent apartments. In June and September there is the possibility of renting only the ground floor apartment for a maximum capacity of 8 people. (The upstairs apartment then remains empty. There are no other tenants) he ground floor apartment has 2 terraces, one at the back of the house of approximately 100m2, which adjoins the kitchen equipped with a built-in barbecue, and the other, at the front, covered, which offers a panoramic view of the village, the lake, the sea and the countryside. You will have an enclosed garden of 3000 m2 and parking for 4/5 cars. You will be able to discover the village, its cobbled streets, its Brotherhood, its parish church Santa Maria with its restored works as well as its classified historical organs, etc. ...Its proximity to the famous GR20 and its location between the sea and the mountains will allow you to hike and visit the creeks of Piana, classified as world heritage, the Scandola reserve which can be visited by sea, as well as the magnificent beach of Saleccia, nugget of the Agriates desert where the famous scene of the Normandy landings was filmed in the film "the longest day". This apartment is made up of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with wc, 1 shower room with shower, bidet and sink, 1 separate wc, 1 large fitted kitchen, 1 living room/living room. It is requested 60 euros for end of stay cleaning up to 5 people and 70 euros beyond. It is possible to rent sheets and towels for 20 euros per double bed and 10 euros per single bed.

Maison ancienne tres agréable et très bien équipé avec une vue magnifique sur la mer.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison, nous avons apprécié le calme d un petit village Corse, la maison est agréable à environ 30 min de la mer. Tres bon accueil de Pauline qui est tres sympatique et efficace. Le seul bémol concerne la literie qui n est vraiment pas à la hauteur du reste, voir même inconfortable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir si ce point amélioré.
