Geschwistertreffen

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Roschbach sehr genossen und waren in dem Ferienhaus mit 7 Personen bestens untergebracht. Die große Terrasse mit bequemen Gartenmöbeln lädt zu gemütlichen Abenden ein, und wir haben insgesamt für unseren Aufenthalt alles vorgefunden, was man so braucht.

Ferientage von 4 Ehepaaren

Es waren insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus in Roschbach. Die Angaben zu den Zimmern mit je einem Bad waren irreführend, da wir angenommen hatten, dass neben jedem Zimmer sich ein Bad befindet. Mit Absprache untereinander hat es dann doch noch geklappt. Die Brotschneidemaschine ist defekt. Sonst war die Küchenausrüstung perfekt.

Geschwister-Treffen

Wie im letzten Jahr haben wir unser Treffen sehr genossen. Wir sind 8 Erwachsene und waren bestens untergebracht. Auch für Kurzweil und sportliche Betätigung ist mit Billard, Dart, Laufband etc. ist gesorgt! Ein Set neuer Dartpfeile wäre aber notwendig. Auch mit Hund ist der Aufenthalt und die Lage des Hauses sehr angenehm.

Für Familien mit Kindern ideal. Viel Platz und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Schöner Aufenthalt in der Pfalz

Wir haben das Haus mit 6 Erwachsenen, einem Kleinkind und einem Hund bewohnt. Wir hatten genügend Platz und durch den Spielekeller war auch bei Regen eine Beschäftigung möglich. Die große Terrasse mit schönem Grill ist großartig. Das Haus war grundsätzlich sauber, könnte aber einmal grundgereinigt werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Großes sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in toller ruhiger Lage, aber trotzdem vieles schnell zu erreichen.Ausreichender Parkraum. Die Terrasse könnte vor Anreise mal gefegt und geputzt werden.

Ein großzügig geschnittenes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Das räumlich sehr großzügig geschnittene und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus bietet auch einer etwas größeren Reisegruppe (bis 8 Personen) gute Möglichkeiten der Zusammenkunft (großer Ess-Wohnbereich, Terrasse), aber bei Bedarf auch zum Rückzug und zur Entspannung. Die ständig genutzten Räumlichkeiten waren grundsätzlich auch in gutem hygienischen Zustand. Allerdings wäre eine Grundreinigung des Objekts wieder einmal angezeigt (u. a. Staub auf und in wenig genutzten Schränken, Unkraut in Hofeinfahrt und Bordsteinrinne - natürlich auch saisonal bedingt). Insgesamt waren wir dennoch sehr zufrieden und können eine Anmietung des Hauses für erholsame Tage in der Pfalz empfehlen

Familienferien in der Pfalz

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Es verfügt über ein großzügiges Platzangebot mit 4 vollwertigen Schlafzimmern. Aufgrund des üppig besessen Kellers und dem großen Wohnbereich fand jeder der 8 Mitreisenden seinen Platz. Die Bilder zeigen den Ist-Zustand. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem schönen Haus.

eine schöne Zeit verbracht

Wir haben die Zeit im Haus sehr genossen. Es bietet wirklich sehr (!) viel Platz. Im EG sind 3 DZ und ein Bad, im OB ein weiteres DZ und ein Bad, zwei weitere Bäder sind im Keller. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und Geschirr ist mehr aus ausreichend vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir hatten für unser Geschwister- Treffen dieses Haus ausgesucht und waren von der Großzügigkeit des Hauses sehr angetan. Auch das bereitgestellten Sport- und Spielmöglichkeiten haben wir sehr gerne genutzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Im großen und ganzen ganz gut, bis auf ein paar Sachen

Das Haus im allgemeinen war sehr schön geschnitten und verfügte über viel Platz. So das man sich als größere Familie sehr wohl fühlte. Umgebung ist sehr schön und regt zu langen Spaziergängen ein. Das kuscheln vor dem Kamin war besonders schön. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Sauna war hervorragend, ausser das auf den Fliesenboden ein paar Anti Rutsch matten fehlten, so daß es trotz Schlappen sehr rutschig war. Was mit Kindern sehr gefährlich ist. Doch leider gibt es auch ein paar negative Seiten. Im Haus funktionierten leider die Heizungen kaum. Tagsüber lauwarm und ab 18 Uhr komplett kalt, obwohl die Bodenheizung ausgestellt war. Nachts wurde es daher in den Schlafzimmern sehr kalt. Was mit Kindern natürlich sehr unangenehm war. Das größte Mangel war natürlich das verschweigen von dem Vermieter, dass in dem Haus eine Einliegerwohnung vermietet ist. Was zu leichten Problem am ersten Tag mit der Lautstärke geführt hat. Das hätte man alles vermeiden können, wenn man dies gewusst hätte. Doch mit den Mietern kann man sich super einigen, sobald man dies weiß, dass im Haus noch jemand lebt. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt super, kann man nur weiter empfehlen.
